Wichan Jaruensook is a Thai man who was raised and taught by his farmer grandparents in the countryside. After he graduated from elementary school, he was sent to be a Novice monk in a temple. He learned many important Asian teachings from the other monks at the temple. Life changed when he decided to leave the temple and become a layman. That’s where another side of learning about the world opened for him – he learned about the outside world in addition to his learnings from being a Novice monk in the temple. Wichan lives in Chiang Mai, Thailand with his beloved mother and 7 nieces and 3 nephews. He enjoys gardening and bicycling around the beautiful villages of Thailand.
