    The first part of the book covers a personal view of the missing ingredient in our lives. We need this missing ingredient in order to move out of where we are and be on our way to sometime much better. This ingredient makes life worth living! You get to pick a label for yourself, and you get to pick the name for your Higher Source. No one is left out. A simple visualization procedure is given to get you on your way.
    The second part reviews the contributions of science and metaphysics for the search for man's purpose. Science is a tangled mess of physical and non-physical. It seems their answers are ambiguous and they must include what the Mystics have known for ages, but they are so reluctant to do so. Metaphysics, on the other hand, does not dispute the findings of science, but metaphysicians have conclusions that are honest and not bound by traditional thoughts and practices.
    The third part is the fun part of seeing the unseen using illustrations. We start with the Pre-universe before the Big Bang, not an impossible task with metaphysics. Then we move on to the actual explosion and the separating out of the 10-dimensions. Then we will move on, building up the physical atoms from the strings of energy. The ultimate connection to the underlying field of Consciousness is made with YOU in mind. Many questions that plague the skeptic are addressed. This is made simple with many graphics to aid the vision of these colossal events. It is a metaphysical look without denying scientific findings. Scientists are at the Metaphysician's doorstep!
    The fourth part puts the steps together in a way that is usable for those who understand the value of visualization. The illustrations continue to give you an idea as to how you can utilize this information.       Preface

      With so many experiments performed, so many theories proposed, so many books written, it would seem that by now, all mysteries about who, what, why, when, where and how should have been all but answered. We know better. The more experiments that are achieved, the more theories that are espoused, the more books that are written, the more obvious it is, that we are a long way from solving the mystery of the Universe, much less the mystery of the Pre-universe (pre-Big Bang, that is.)

      With a look to the recent past, there are theories of big bang, inflation, quarks, vibrations, strings, the God-particle, hyperspace, and so many more questions than answers. As one leaves the physical (the world of the physicist) and enters the spiritual (the world of the metaphysician), some reconciliation of the two seem inevitable.

      Maybe it is the mystery that keeps us going. The illusive particle, experiment, or theory is just around the corner, if only we had _____ (fill in the blank, if only we had a faster accelerator, better telescopes, faster rocket ships.)

      tmp_a12cbbcd72e4bd0a8f1b3a40c471fd2d_ogzfmY_html_60302bdf.jpg With theories changing faster than fashion show models on a runway, wouldn't it be nice to be able to wrap your brain around something (anything) that would make the mystery clear enough to understand, but would not be subject to radical change with every theory that come down the pike? I wrote this book, Enhanced Visualization Technique, as a means to satisfy my own quest to view the physical world, while somehow visualizing the spiritual. Once the basics are explained in layman's terms, and various pictures substituted as symbolic representations of non-physical realms, then it is easy to reconcile the physical with the non-physical (spiritual) parts of this Universe.

      The key to keeping this technique useful is not to focus on radical changes that occur within the physicist's sphere of influence, but to simply know that the metaphysical world and the physical world are intertwined. Being able to visualize the physical using the very theories of physicists who build all the physical upon non-physical aspects is most comforting.

      Part I is the introduction to reasoning behind this writing. I begin with a personal view. Keeping the autobiography to a minimum, I hope to draw the reader into my view by sharing some of life's moments. Maybe my missing ingredient isn't yours, but at least it may get you thinking.

      This journey is for everyone, thus the fun part of giving yourself a label. We seem to feel better when labeled properly. It gives us a sense of organization and belonging. But that begs the question, belonging to Who or What? So again, the reader is asked to find a comfort zone. Label the Who or What within that zone, and let's be on our way. Label suggestions are provided.

      Illustrations are a major part of this writing. Since the concept being explored is to envision that which cannot be seen, we must paradoxically use pictures to convey the invisible. Just ask a search engine to find a picture of _____ (you fill in the blank) and you will receive approximately 800,000 pictures in .25 seconds on the first try. I could only choose a few, the few I felt best conveyed the point under discussion. This leaves a huge gap for readers to fill in any illustrations they may have that better suit the point.

      Some readers will be neophytes of this subject, and others quite accomplished where physics and metaphysics are concerned. To be fair to both, I have included some rather basic points, and then expanded on them so that the fullness of the enhanced visualization technique can unfold as pages progress.

      Metaphysics, of course, is based upon a compound word. The first part is Meta- and it means that which goes over and beyond. The second part is –physics and it means the science of matter and energy and of interactions between the two. Thus METAPHYSICS means going over and beyond matter and energy. It is categorized as a branch of philosophy that examines the nature of reality, including the relationship between mind and matter, substance and attribute, fact and value. It deals with First Cause, usually referred to as the Universal Mind and Spirit, or One Universal Source of Power, or Creator. To complete Part I is a brief discussion of visualizations, meditations, affirmations and prayers, the main diet of the metaphysician.

      Part II gives a flavor of science and metaphysics by looking at the contributions of both. One of the most profound statements is, Of making many books there is no end… (Ecc. 12: 12). For those of us who have never seen the Big Bang, or a string vibration, or the ends of the known Universe, I bow before those who contribute their theories, hypothesis and insight. I obviously have to rely upon centuries of findings in order to come up with this enhanced visualization technique based upon the work of both physicists and metaphysicians. Whether it is Plato, Socrates, Aristotle, or Einstein, it is their musings, their writings, and their sacrifice that gives us a foundation upon which to build. And so, many books I did read. I encourage you to continue research into the subject of science and metaphysics, as the subject is, indeed, endless.

      Part III is the actual unfolding of the enhanced visualization technique. I begin with the case for First Cause and physicists who have to admit that existence. Next comes the process as a step-by-step procedure that can be followed at any pace the reader chooses. There are plenty of illustrations to guide the visions so as to accomplish the task.
