Since late 2008, I prayed for the upcoming year to have divine connections. God has blessed me to meet such wonderful people from different backgrounds with the same purpose or dream. About Prophetess Adrienna Turner

Adrienna Turner is walking into her calling of ministry as a Prophetess. She has completed the School of Ministry classes with Pastors Tom and Lori Wilke at Spirit Life Church (Milwaukee, WI). She is an award-winning author for female author of the year, The Day Begins with Christ. She is a graduate of University of Wisconsin for two degrees: Information Resources (Bachelor’s) and Library Information Science (Master’s). She writes nonfiction, inspirational poetry, and inspirational suspense-drama series called Miss the Mark. She also penned as Dream Summore with a debut inspirational drama novel entitled Mirror, Beware! She pens under other pseudonym names: Deo Turner (suspense-mystery) and Dionna (sy-fy or science fiction).

She has been nominated for Outstanding Community by BBCRA (Black Books Club Rocks Award, 2009), Best Book Reviewer for Dream 4 More Reviews (AAMBC, 2010), Best Literary Talk Show for Adrienna Turner Show (AAMBC 2010), and won Reviewer of the Year (Facebook First Urban Literary Award, 2011), and also Host of the Year (Facebook First Urban Literary Award, 2011). She is also known as a contributing writer for Heavenly Magazine and Associated Content (Yahoo Contributor Network). She now does article writing for Promoting Purpose Magazine. She assists with literary reviews for Tamika's BookStand. She is a TV host panelist member on Milwaukee Writer’s Circle, Meet the Author on MATA cable 96, and a developmental nonfiction editor. She also participates in law training seminars through Council for Legal Education Opportunity (CLEO).

She has three online radio shows: Adrienna Turner Show, Dream4More Radio, and Dream Yours Midnight Hour. She has started the Dream Experience Series teleclass in 2010 and speaking engagements for youth, businesses, literary-related, and writer’s conventions/seminars.

Her passion is encouraging and edifying other aspiring writers to believe in their work, to polish it, and make it marketable. Therefore, she started Dream 4 More Firm to help authors find ways to showcase their books, public speaking abilities, and enhance their writing projects to become a masterpiece. She also expanded it for community events, organizations, and businesses to gain exposure through online publicity and promotion. Later, she hopes to obtain her law degree and build her firm for entertainers, authors, businesses, organizations, and literary professionals. Other passions are youth involvement, community, and legal field.

Introduction

In 2011, there is a spiritual shift. We will either not accept Christ, or become weak-minded believers who speak with no power, or stand firm and strong for what Christ stands for and believe in the power of the tongue by speaking the WORD of GOD in every situation.

God is in the Equation is a spiritual, nonfiction book to witness about God’s presence and goodness. We also have to see the vision God has for us, quit looking at other people's visions or even our own visions, but what He has in store for us. We tend to add God in our lives when it’s purposeful or when He is needed. Sometimes, we hold our hands out for His gifts and presents as if God is Santa Claus. We subtract or remove God when we are at our wits end, or no longer need Him. Some of us want to multiply the nations with His message, and share His Word to those who don’t know Him. We also want to expand our territory with a willing heart to let God use us. Alternatively, there are many people who want to divide us from His goodness, His blessings, and make us feel as miserable as they are. What is in your equation: do you add, subtract, multiply, or divide?

God is in the Equation birthed out of journaling and after my BlogTalkRadio show: Adrienna Turner Show (August 8, 2009) with a guest author, Vanessa Richardson, and was announced on this show that I would be working on this book. Additionally, I would encourage the readers to pick up a copy of my present publications: Desire at Will and award-winning book, The Day Begins with Christ. My future books are: Who Will You Serve; Unleashing the Spirit: Volume 1, Volume 2 and Volume 3; and Counsel Me Lord to be a Vessel for Christ.

While listening to Martha Munizzi, The Best is Yet to Come, lets us know that God knows the plans for our future, and the latter will be greater than the pain! We must remain steadfast and keep the faith to continue pressing and pushing through our spiritual contractions. These spiritual contractions can be problems that we undergo such as unemployment during recession, seeing loved ones dying, and losing faith and hope in God through our problematic situations. This is why we need to be reminded that God is in the equation!

We have to dream for more by fulfilling the dreams that God has imparted in us and keep pressing for more. Danita Sanders, founder of WSE Events (Hampton Roads), said that we need prayer while undergoing our tests. These tests are our testimonies. With our testimonies and His Word, we will overcome everything that comes to destroy us. Our testimonies will inspire others to keep pushing forward, knowing that God has us covered.

The thief’s purpose is to steal and kill and destroy. My purpose is to give them a rich and satisfying life (John 10:10, NLT).

Preparation

What are we doing to prepare for God’s purpose? What are we afraid of? We are fearfully and wonderfully made. God knew you before the foundation of the world. Don’t sit back and wait for God to come knocking on your front door. We have to prepare before His arrival.

Man’s Definition:

Preparation (www.dictionary.com): a proceeding, measure, or provision by which one prepares for something; experience, or in a mode of preparing for the future.

God’s Definition:

Preparation is to gather what is needed to accomplish a goal, task, or test. Refer to Isaiah 40:3.

Joshua told the people, Consecrate yourselves [separate yourselves for a special holy purpose], for tomorrow the LORD will do amazing things among you (Joshua 3:5, NIV).

We are to locate our purpose. You are asking, How do I do this? We have to tap into God’s Word. We start a personal connection with God, where we know His voice. He will answer the unknown questions and make them known to you. Some people teach us to see what our interests are, what makes us happy, and things we enjoy doing. This is good advice from self-empowerment teachings, but does it signify who God said you are and called you to do. We can take these skills and talents to apply them to what God has already placed inside our hearts.

In order to find our purpose, we have to dream. We will first define the term, dream.

DREAM: A succession of images, thoughts, or emotions passing through the mind during sleep.

We are taking our dreams a step further than only visualizing them while sleeping. We want to accomplish them when we are awake. We need to write them down, make them plain, and put these dreams into action. Take a moment and write your goals, dreams, or visions on paper. Next to the goal, dream, or vision, write whether it was from your childhood or adulthood.

DREAM: is an involuntary vision occurring to a person when awake. A vision voluntarily indulged in while awake; daydream.

We have to DREAM again. DREAM means Dare to Believe (or Disciple, Diligence), Remembrance (or Reality), Endure, Achieve, and Maximize (or Multiply). We get visions and do nothing about it. It is time to take these God-given visions and apply them to our lives. Reality: Recognize your talents and God-given abilities with the eagerness to accomplish your life goals
