I have been a Network Systems Consultant for the last 15 years. I retired at the beginning of 2013. Now I'm able to devote more time to projects such as a follow up book to "Get Strong & Stay Strong" which is a 'no-diet' fast food diet book. If all goes according to plan and my Boys leave me alone, it should be published later this year. If you have read my Get Strong book and have any questions or would like to discuss my system, I can be contacted at: 6PackTribe@gmail.com

Jim Hess has worked as a network systems consultant for the last 15 years. Helping put businesses in the Cloud
and taking advantage of all the latest technologies to increase productivity and profitability was the focus of his business. He retired in early 2013 to devote more time to his family and his new online businesses. He is passionate about creating multiple streams of income and helping others to do the same. After he and his wife, Becky, adopted two infant boys (they were born two days apart) in 2008, there was no time for anything. He had to come up with an effective system for staying strong just to keep up with his boys as they got older. Pulling together all his exercise experience from the last few decades, he came up with a system.
This system worked so well, he felt compelled to write Get Strong & Stay Strong
because it will work for just about anyone. Now he is revealing, in detail, everything he discovered.
