About this ebook

The setting in this full length novel Is The Sonoran Corridor---a wasteland of 120,000 square miles of desert stretching from Baja, Mexico into California and Arizona. It is the gateway into America for enormously profitable drug trafficking of cocaine and heroin. In this tale of intrigue, the Vice President of the United States usurps powers and authority he does not constitutionally possess, and in a misguided effort to halt Mexican drug traffickers his efforts go awry. When the Vice President solicits the assistance of organized crime, a chain of events is set in motion that once begun, cannot be stopped. The Sonoran Corridor is a tale veiled in government secrecy that is happening today in a world of drug-kingpins who have amassed more power than any organized crime boss in history. In this full length novel Lt. Barton is assigned to lead an investigation to uncover the truth about an assassination and the ensuing murder of the assassin himself.
