    Introduction

When you study famous musicians throughout history, a few big names come to mind: the famous Ludwig van Beethoven, who composed despite the fact that he grew deaf; Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, who was an inspiration to all who came after him; Johann Sebastian Bach, who worked in many different places and met many different people. But there is one name that you will only see on occasion, and that is a man named Frederic Chopin.

Chopin, like many of his musical colleagues, was inspired by Mozart and all of the musicians that came before him. Most of his work was accomplished with the piano, which was created from the fortepiano and the organist in the decades before his birth. They were not too happy working for the count, so they decided to move to the city of Warsaw, the capital of Poland. When the Chopins made the move, young Frederic was seven months old.

Nicholas was given some fantastic job opportunities in Warsaw. He was able to work at the Lyceum, which is a type of European school, and the Chopins lived in the Saxon Palace of Warsaw. It was definitely a better life than living in Zalazowa Wola! Nicholas was a teacher for many of the royal family members, called the aristocracy. This meant that he held a very important position. He was responsible for teaching the royal children everything they needed to know.

Living in Warsaw was great for young Frederic. He was able to see
