A Storm in a Teacup

About this ebook
Ilgiprart and Oogithap, Electrosquids from the Fungus Asteroid are sent to earth on a dangerous mission. They have to collect samples to send back to their laboratory on the asteroid. They need to learn more about the planet in order to put their plan of world domination to work. They land somewhat safely on Earth thanks to their companion the Big Giant Head, who is a rather snooty, uptight mission commander. The Head is the brainy leader, while the Electrosquids, Oogitahp and Ilgiprart are the rather dumb followers. The High Command has seen fit to issue them with inappropriate disguises, which they discover and have to be told the use of by the Big Giant Head. The disguises both scare and fill them with laughter, while the Big Giant Head can only shake his cranium. He lives by intellect alone and cannot stand stupidity. The hapless duo is set free upon Earth on the farm of the unsuspecting Farmer Brentwood. They encounter the usual or, rather unusual for them, items you would find on a farm. Corn stalks, weirdly lowing cows, an evil tractor and the booming rifle of the farmer. They manage to send back a single sample of life on Earth to the detriment of the scientists awaiting their discoveries. Their only weapon, a deadly one at that, is the storm in a teacup which they wield with hilarious consequences. As fate would have it they lose control of the weapon in their attempt to escape the farmer’s wrath. They high tail it to their space ship and get as far away from planet Earth as they possibly can. Enjoy their escapades as I am certain that they will be back with taller tales. Part of Storm Vol 1 and Storm vol 2 also published at Smashwords.
