About this ebook
They both need to blow off some steam...
Lilith Yee is Madame Tease, except she hasn't been doing much teasing lately. Alex has left her in charge, which means there isn't time for fun. On top of paperwork and making sure Twisted Rope is still performing on Friday, she's bored.
Joseph Hall is the lead singer of the Twisted Rope. On the last leg of their tour, he has the weight of the world on his shoulders. He's kept a secret from his bandmates, one that is slowly killing him inside. He's more than willing to put the decisions in someone's hand.
One night. No promises. Could it end up being the perfect beginning?

Chapter One
It took a certain skill to know what a man wanted. Even those who didn’t even know what they wanted. A man could come into Black Rose with a particular idea of what he desired, but Lilith Yee had decided a long time ago that men never knew what they wanted. They had to be read like a book—their responses noted, then expanded on. She cast a curious stare around the club she owned with Alex Winchester who was currently on his honeymoon with his pregnant wife, Nola. The baby was due in a few months. Used to spending the majority of her time performing as a Domme on the main stage, she was now more involved with the business aspects of the club. She sighed heavily. It was really the most boring part of working in a BDSM club. She could wield a flogger like a pro, knew how to tie a man to a St. Andrew’s Cross, and the things she could do with wax play had to be seen to be believed.
When did life get predictable and boring?
She couldn’t remember the last time she dressed in her Madame Tease clothes. She stirred in the sugar for her coffee with absentminded swirls. The club wouldn’t be open for another couple of hours. Using the mirrored wall behind the bar opposite her seat, she checked out the people behind her.
Black Rose employed about thirty people. Some worked solely as bartenders or hostesses. The hostesses wore uniforms of red latex in the style of a pin-up girl. The skirts tight, the cut was just low enough to still be considered decent. They usually worked as waitresses, keeping an eye out for trouble. The only people in the club at that time of day were the cleaners. There were a lot of things that needed to be cleaned down before they opened that night. They pretty much wore whatever they wanted within reason.
Lilith had never given it much thought to how much organizing it took to run the place. Half the time she figured that Alex had been a lazy ass. The sheets of paper in front of her proved her wrong. The first thing she needed to do was sign off on wages that month. Then she needed to confirm the act that’d be performing on Friday. Alex had arranged for a band to play—The Twisted Rope. Lilith hadn’t heard of them.
One of the cleaners, a girl with dark red hair pulled up into a ponytail, wearing a black t-shirt with blue jeans placed some of the cleaning products on the bar top.
Hey, have you heard of The Twisted Rope?
There was no mistaking the look of surprise the girl gave her. Lilith didn’t blame her. It wasn’t like she made much of a point in talking to the cleaners. The only one she did talk to was Micki, the older lady who ran the motley crew.
"They’re just called Twisted Rope, and yeah, they’re a rock band. I caught a few of their performances online and their videos are
