Following a career with Analog Devices Inc., De Beers, Shannon Development Company, Wyeth Nutritionals and Abu Dhabi Aircraft Technologies, Patrick is now a director of Lighthouse Organisational Consultants Ltd., a consultancy firm specialising in organisational development, HR consulting, organisational change and executive coaching.
