This summary is written in the style of a fifth grader's book report. Prepare yourself for odd misuses of words ("a Jewish" rather than "a Jewish man") and horrible grammar (unnecessary dependence on "happened to", with two uses of "happened to" in a single sentence). [Margaret happened to move to New Jersey where she happened to go to school and happened to make friends.]

I feel that I now understand what the book was about, so I don't want to give this 2 stars, but reading this summary was quite painful.
