    A good life is where you are happy with what you have and it’s not bad for you.

    A perfect life is where you are happy with what you have and what you have is good for you.

    Say you are at a dance and you are enjoying the music – that is good for you, it’s good fun and good exercise. Say you are at work and you are enjoying what you are doing – that could be good for you, you are doing something useful and also feeling good about it.

    Seek out fun that is also good for you. Find out how to enjoy all the good things in life, even if you didn’t like them before. Find out how to substitute good things for the things that are bad for you. Enjoy the good and you will be leading a perfect life.

    2. HAPPY ALL THE TIME

    Be happy all the time by taking charge of your feelings.

    Get your feelings to do what you want by telling them what to do.

    Smile, laugh, see the humor in things, laugh at yourself too. Something may be serious but that doesn’t mean we can’t laugh at it as well.

    When you feel bad change it to what is good, if you want to. Why not feel good on demand? If the music irritates you change the station. Dwell on what makes you happy, what you feel grateful for. Fill your thoughts with the good things in life and you will soon be happy all the time.
