      FOREWORD

      We are living in strange and exciting times on this planet. Never before in the vast history of our world has there been such rapid change and transformation.

      Even after the death of Christ His disciples talked about the end of the world, the last days, the end times. They believed that the world would come to an end and that the Christ would come and establish a heavenly kingdom on Earth. Of course it never happened in their lifetimes. In every century during the past 2000 years, people prophesied the end times but they never came. The latest prediction is that the end of the world will come in the year 2012. But this won’t happen either.

      These prophecies of the last days came from a mistranslation of the ancient Hebrew and Greek words. In Greek, Aion meant an age, a period or a cycle of time, an eternity or infinite duration, an emanation or phase of the Supreme Deity. The Aramaic word spoken by Jesus had the same meaning. When He spoke to his earliest disciples He was talking about an end of the age, of a cycle of time, and that He was about to usher in a new age, a new period of time. Since then another new age has begun—the Aquarian Age. These are simple ages, or periods of time when the Sun comes under the influence of each constellation of the Zodiac. As such, they do not represent the end of the world or the destruction of the planet.

      However, as you will discover from the book you are about to read, there are events occurring on our planet at present that are more important than the Sun simply being influenced by another part of the Zodiac in its 2,160-year cycle through each sign. Since the time of Christ, the Spirit of God has been steadily moving stronger and stronger upon the face of the Earth. There is literally a tidal wave of the Spirit engulfing the planet with Renewing and Restorative Power. But there is a vast personal, religious and political crystallization of nations and groups of people blocking the tidal wave of Spirit from renewing the Earth. This is the cause of all the conflict, war and disasters upon the planet, and the planet itself cannot handle these new, dynamic, spiritual energies.

      There are people, societies and religious groups who resist and reject the new vibrations of the Spirit which would transform the planet into a cosmic body of the Christ. So the planet is a conflict zone between Darkness and Light, Matter and Spirit, Materialism and Enlightenment.

      Materialism holds your Soul in bondage to this world. The Spirit of God liberates you unto Eternal Life and Immortal Bliss.

      The Armageddon that is taking place upon this planet now is not a fight between communism and capitalism, or between various materialistic systems, but between body and Soul, between the personality and the indwelling Godhead in your Heart-Kingdom, between the Kingdom of worldly-consciousness and the Kingdom where the Eternal Sun is forever shining.

      Which side are you on? Are you a Warrior of Light for the Christ-Spirit, or a slave to the powers of materialism and Outer Darkness? It is your choice.

      CHAPTER ONE

      AN OVERVIEW OF THE COMING CHANGES

      You are no doubt familiar with the story of Noah in the Old Testament, how he listened to the Prophet’s warning of a flood and built a boat to save himself, his family and all the animals. It is an interesting and relevant story because this is exactly the situation we are in now. Planet Earth is going through an upheaval and not many people are aware that there is a major cataclysm ahead of us.

      The scientists are talking of environmental pollution, carbon emissions, geological changes and increasingly chaotic weather patterns, thinking that those factors are the real problems. Actually, they are just small problems. Unfortunately, our present situation is more complex than that, so I will try to explain what is really happening, both here and in the Inner Worlds, from the view of Higher Consciousness rather than ordinary science.

      It takes our Sun approximately 2,160 years to cycle through each of the signs of the Zodiac. That is a very short period of time for our Sun—rather like an hour’s journey for us. Currently the Piscean Age is ending and the energy-radiation of the Aquarian Age is beginning to be felt throughout the planet. This movement into the Aquarian Age started around 1875 and you can see the tremendous change the planet has gone through since then. There has been more change on this planet over the past one hundred years than during the previous ten thousand years.

      We have been cycling through the astrological ages for hundreds of thousands of years and with every movement into a new age there is always a shift in the energy-vibration of society and the planet as a whole. These changes in energy-vibration are absorbed by society in a gradual and reasonably normal way without major disruption. In other words, if this was the only phenomenon occurring we could easily survive it.

      For many millions of years our Sun has been travelling at a phenomenal speed through space, and certain parts of space are different from other parts of space. Think of how the scenery changes when you go for a walk. First you may pass a field of corn, then a field of cut grass and then a forest. Well, space is like that also, and most of us do not realize that our entire Solar System is continually moving at an incredible speed within that great field of energy called the Milky Way Galaxy.

      Of course, the scientific community does not know that the Sun and planets of our Solar System are actually interdimensional, living entities. Our Mother Earth is an intelligent Cosmic Being, one of the Cosmic Gods, or Goddesses, if you like. Every planet in our Solar System is a great Cosmic Being whose physical body is the planet itself. That is to say, Mars is a Cosmic Being whose physical body is Mars; Mercury is a Cosmic Being whose physical body we know as Mercury, and so on. Our Sun, the Solar Logos, is a great Cosmic Being, and the planets of our Solar System are Chakras in His great Cosmic Body. (The Sanskrit word Chakra means wheel of fire and refers to an energy centre. In Sanskrit, the a is pronounced as in father.)

      At present, the incredible Cosmic Being that is the Lord of our Universe, the Galactic Lord whose physical body comprises the hundreds of billions of stars of our galaxy, is breathing out massive waves of electro-magnetic energy from its centre. (In spiritual language we use the word electro-magnetic in terms of positive-negative, not the scientific definition of electromagnetic.) Our Solar System is journeying right into the path of that energy stream, which means that our Solar Logos and all the planets could be swamped with a huge tidal wave of high-frequency energy that they have never encountered before.

      Our Solar Logos is a normal cosmic citizen of average development in our galaxy. Just imagine that you are an average citizen—a baker, a candlestick maker—and suddenly the French Revolution comes along. Because you have no particular strength or power within yourself, you are swept away with the revolution and just do what everybody else does. The French Revolution, Russian Revolution, First World War and Second World War are examples of events in which millions of people were caught up in a massive sea of energy with no control over what was happening to them.

      Something similar is now happening on a cosmic scale. Our Solar System is entering a region of space where the energies are incredibly powerful and can swamp the lower energy of cosmic entities like our wonderful Solar Logos, which has evolved to a point where it can absorb so much energy and no more. At the moment, the Sun is expanding its aura to try to absorb this extra energy so that it does not disturb the planets within the Solar System too much, but there will come a point when it will not be able to handle the extra energy. If that happens the Solar System will be flooded with such high-frequency energies that what we know as life on this Earth will radically and fundamentally change—either on a destructive scale or on a quickened evolutionary scale, depending on whether we respond to it positively or negatively. It was the same in the past with any major crisis on this planet: people could respond to it either positively or negatively; they were either with it or against it; they were either annihilated or were able to transform themselves and move on to the next stage.

      Because the Sun has reached a critical point on its journey through space, the next twenty years will determine what is going to happen to our Solar System, to our planet in the Solar System and to Humanity on this planet. The Christians who wrote the New Testament saw visions of this. They had insights into it and wrote about phenomena happening in the sky, the second coming of the Christ, the awakening of the dead, and so on. They saw visions of great planetary transformations that were going to take place and they interpreted these visions as events that were going to happen in their time. They were simply looking two thousand years into the future to what will be happening in the coming years.

      Many in the New Age scene will know that some forecasts state that the end of the world will come in 2012. At the beginning of the Piscean Age there were Prophets saying that the end of the world would come in a few years’ time and the Christ would reappear with all His angels and there would be a new Creation. Of course, it never happened. For the past two thousand years people have been talking about the end of the world and now it is meant to come in 2012. So once again the question arises: Is it true or not?

      There is no reason why the end of the world should come in 2012. However, because of the change to another astrological age and the movement of our Solar System into a new energy reality within the Cosmos, we are naturally being subjected to new vibrations that Mother Earth will somehow have to deal with as best She can. Obviously, at the moment She is not dealing with them very well.

      If you have read the news you will have noticed that during the past twenty years or so weather patterns have been changing rapidly, and in some places destructively. The extreme weather patterns are an external sign that our Mother Earth is struggling to cope with new energies coming from outside the Solar System. The occurrence of earthquakes, tidal waves, floods, hurricanes, volcanic eruptions, and so on will increase because our Mother Earth will have difficulty adjusting to the extra energies. It will become almost impossible for Her to do so.

      But this is not the only problem we are facing; in fact, it is not the main event at all. Unfortunately, our present situation is more complex than that.

      The phenomena we are going to experience over the next few generations, and which may continue for several hundred years, go far beyond science and religion. What is happening will influence you, your children and your grandchildren. These next few generations have a chance to cooperate with the Divine Plan. Either we help our planet enter into a Golden Age or there will be another failure, just as the Plan has failed to manifest many times before due to the ignorance and non-cooperation of Humanity. So I want to briefly tell you about these greater realities coming from a higher source and bringing another kind of change, one that has not happened for millions of years.

      The Coming of the Light

      If you have studied the esoteric sciences you may know that the Cosmos is multilayered—seven huge regions of Inner Space, with physical space being only its outer manifestation. These regions, worlds, dimensions or planes of being are named (in descending order): the Mahaparanirvanic Plane, the Paranirvanic Plane, the Nirvanic Plane, the Buddhic Plane, the Mental Plane, the Astral Plane, and the Physical Plane. (See the illustration at the front of the book, The Seven Great Planes of Being)

      Now, apart from the above-mentioned physical disturbances, there is also a Light-frequency that we call Sounding-Light (it is simultaneously Sound and Light) that is pressing down from the Nirvanic level. It is pressing down on the Buddhic dimension and then onto the next level, the Causal World, and then the Mental World. From there it is pressing down onto the Astral World, then onto the etheric-physical dimension and finally onto this physical dimension. (In spiritual language we use the word dimension in terms of worlds or planes of being, not the mathematical or scientific definition of dimension.)

      The Buddhic dimension, also referred to as the Christ-Light or Christ-Consciousness, is the World of Unity where the Mystics experience Union with God. The higher-frequency Light of the Buddhic Plane is what Christ referred to when He said, I am the Light of the World (John 8: 12). On that dimension the Sounding-Light Energy is stirring the Buddhic influence of Unity and Oneness, which is pressing down in large waves and stimulating the whole planet. Those who are more sensitive and spiritual, those who are practising Yoga, Zen, Buddhism or some form of spiritual development and who are keenly interested in Self-Realization or Knowledge of God, will be able to pick up this vibration. Thousands of people will be able to experience this much greater Unity, a Divine Unity where everything—past, present and future—is fused into one all-knowing Consciousness and Oneness.

      On the Physical Plane, the descending Sounding-Light Energy will stimulate the atomic vibration of all matter, and we will have new and radically different physical bodies—more sensitive, more influenced by the living Light around us. Our children and their children
