About this ebook
Two Heroin addicts are in what was a Southside Chicago slaughterhouse, and is now a Heroin shooting gallery. They are trembling with winter cold and beginning Heroin withdrawal, the older is telling the younger about Heroin, Heroin addicts and pushers, what else?
The room is incredibly filthy, covered with dirty old rags of cliothing, and torn shoes and boots that show here and there something like grave markers. The addicts are lying on old burst open mattresses, thickly layered with every type of filth that can come from the human body. The older addict is speakng.
"There was a cannibal pusher, he told me "I never heard screaming like that since I was a kid, and the hogs ate grandma." Without any pause he kept on talking.
"There is nothing an addict won't do for Heroin, nothing. Wilma and her girl friends, they used to get ahold of these male addicts, and then..."but if I told you now it would spoil your reading pleasure":
The older addict relates in gruesome detail several true stoties about addicts and pushers he has known, and what happened to them. The actions builds up to a climax so horribly ghastly, that I hope you will not be able to fully comprehend it.
There is also a continuation book available, "HEROIN HORROR God's Own Medicine Two.."
These two books fully demonstrate Phillip Duke's mastery of the horror addiction genre. If reading about the depraved and horrible life activities and actions of Heroin addicts and pushers may bother you, please do not read these books. Thank you.
This book is written in the realistic style of Chicago aithor and Heroin addict Nelson Algren, whose book "The Man With The Golden Arm" was made into a movie starring Frank Sinatra. If reading about Heroin addiction and the terrible degradation it brings may disturb you, please do not read this book. Thank you.

Synopsis
Two junkies shivering and trembling with winter cold and late afternoon Heroin withdrawal are talking together in their south side Chicago shooting gallery, the older is telling the younger about junk, what else?
The two junkies are in what was formerly a slaughter house... ...very many pigs went through here, each one entered with hope and the desire to live, but all died, no mercy was shown, no not to a single one... While being killed each one screamed, first in fear and then in agony, but his or her screams were always ignored. Always.
The mattresses the junkies sit on are heavily encrusted with all the possible wastes of healthy and sick human bodies, and I mean all possible wastes. The mattress crusts are made up of...
So begins Phillip Duke’s horrendous depiction of heroin addiction, described in all its monstrous and depraved reality. This ebook is definitely not for the squeamish.
A cannibal pusher said to me, I never heard screaming like that, not since I was a kid, and the hogs ate grandma.
There’s sick pushers confuse people with urinals, and after enough of that some junkies come to think they are urinals. Not just men are into pee, women are into it too. There was a female named Wilma she...
Some pushers like to hear ‘em sizzle, they like to hear ‘em screamin’. That’s right some pushers like to burn junkies. I knew a pusher named Al used to keep a soldering iron hot for when the customers came...some of them looked bad after he burned them in the face.
Rats and cockroaches are nocturnal animals, they come out in the nighttime, and they come out now.
The action moves toward a climax so horrific that it is beyond description.
In this book Phillip Duke demonstrates he is a true master of realistically describing the depraved, the terrifying, and the horrible.
Be warned! If reading about the depraved, the terrifying, and the horrible bothers you, please do not read further. Thank you.
