How To Drive a Woman To Ecstacy - HELEN CUMMINS

    INTRODUCTION

ALL GOOD MEN WANT TO be better lovers, and if they have that special woman in their life they want to please her and show their love, they yearn for a happy and satisfied woman. But so many men have no idea what are the best ways to please or where to learn. This book is primarily written for men who want to become better or more sensitive lovers.

Men can become confused with conflicting information in men’s magazines, on the internet or from other men’s boastful claims in the locker room.

In my sex-counseling clinic in New York, I am often amazed at the lack of knowledge men have about the female anatomy. If you are among the bewildered and confused, have heart; this book will help you understand the female orgasm and the female genitalia inside and out.

It is the aim of this book to impart this information, not just for men but also for women. For a woman to be a better lover to her man, she also needs to understand her body. Women have numerous erogenous zones and for a man it can become rather overwhelming trying to work out the mysterious combination to a woman’s satisfaction.

In Greek Mythology, when Hera and Zeus went to consult the hermaphrodite Tiresies to ask who experiences the most pleasure from sex, men or women, Tiresies replied, if the sum of love’s pleasure add up to ten- nine parts go to women, only one to men.

Many men are of the mistaken belief that orgasms in women are produced by the size of their penis and their ability to deeply insert it into the vagina. How many times has one heard a man say What she needs is a good shag, or some similar remark? Too many men have enshrined the role of penis penetration as the be all and end all of the male/ female sexual relationship.

The complaint I hear the most in my clinic is from women who are unable to experience a climax during sexual penis-vagina intercourse. At the end of sexual intercourse, they are left feeling incomplete and frustrated.

Although the vagina plays a very active role in the reproduction process, it comes second best to the clitoris in the production of pleasure. The majority of sexual positions, in particular, the missionary do not stimulate the clitoris properly.

As Shere Hite reported in her controversial book in 1976

MEN, IF THEY WISH TO take their woman to the heights of ecstasy must learn to create pleasure with their hands, mouths, bodies and minds not just their penises.

One of the greatest gifts a man can give a woman is to postpone his gratification until the woman has achieved her first orgasm, or orgasms. Scientific studies have shown that women often need a minimum of fifteen minutes or more to become sufficiently aroused
