About this ebook
Designed for early intervention aged students or clients, these activities are designed to facilitate sensory experiences at a basic and introductory level.
These tasks can be adapted for various age groups if needs depending on skill level
Includes discussion on Common Core Standards
The books in this collection are designed to meet the needs of educators of both regular education or special education students. Although many of the activities are developed around early childhood and elementary years, nearly all tasks can be adapted to meet the needs of older students. Dr. Kelley’s professional history began as a teacher and she has always prided herself in trying to create materials for teachers that are easy-to-use and implement. The Teacher Resource Series is created for the teacher that may need additional support when an OT is not available. However, teachers can use the activities feeling empowered that they are meeting the individual needs for their students’ motor, language and sensory development.
