This book lays out a 10 day call to action for your body: a detox program that will help you incorporate additional vitamins and nutrients into your everyday routine and cleanse your body, giving you a fresh start.
Of course, smoothie detox periods can range anywhere from 1-10 days, depending on the program. Check with your doctor to decide what length of time is best for you based on your goals (weight loss, detoxifying, cleansing) and your overall health. Make sure you review all aspects of the program with your doctor, so that she or he can help you decide what is best for your body.
