About this ebook

Lost in the Snow is the first story in the children's fiction series "Tales from Beauty Bank". The series written by Michael R Beddard and illustrated by Rebecca Yoxall both of Cheshire UK. And tells the story of three field mice Rachel, Jack and Uncle Olivier who whilst out exploring the village one winters day become caught up in a snow storm. They take shelter in a small village theatre and very soon an action packed magical adventure unfolds.

Guaranteed to have you sitting on the edge of your seat with excitement. The eBook was first introduced to readers via a feature in the Christmas edition of CHESHIRE LIFE magazine - entitled "A Mouses Tail" and demand was such that it was then fully illustrated and self published in printed and electronic formats.

The story is based on an actual event, when one November evening a little field mouse took shelter from the cold in the lighting room of Davenham Players Theatre, Cheshire, England, during a production of "An Inspector Calls". All stories by Michael R Beddard carry an underlying theme around repaying kindness shown by others. The story and illustrations can be enjoyed alone or shared.
