She is a licensed psychotherapist in the state of California. Her personal journey of healing from post-traumatic stress disorder has given her conviction in the power of attitude, determination and most importantly a holistic approach. She understands the value of a healthy mind because she knows what it is like to have an unhealthy mind. At this point, she has a good sense of what works, what doesn't and why.     Why are some people more successful than others? How is it that two people can apply the same amount of effort and one is significantly more successful than the other? Are there really secrets to success? Is it something you are born with or perhaps good timing or maybe just plain luck? When you look and listen closely you will notice key differences in those who are successful compared to those who are not. Successful people think differently, feel differently and talk differently. They have what we call the 'Internal Factor' which involves a strategy of distinct habits of mind. Whether they acquired it via osmosis or through deliberate focus, the Internal Factor is something that can be learned. The strategy includes unique viewpoints on the building blocks of success such as time, energy, action steps and mindset. In this program we are going to share with you the strategy for achieving your success potential in such key areas as health, happiness, finances and relationships.

    What defines your success? Is it what you have accumulated or accomplished? Is it how you feel about what you have accomplished? Is it how you feel about yourself? Who decides... society, your peer group, your family, you? Who do you want to decide? There are too many varying definitions and perceptions of success to have just one barometer. How can one person believe that graduating from high school is their greatest success while another won't settle for less than a PhD? Who is successful in this case? What about someone who believes that simply finishing a marathon equals success while another won't feel satisfied until they place in the top 10? Who decides? Let us shed some light on this important question... You do!

    What success means for you is based on several key factors. On a fundamental level your success potential is rooted in your experience of health, personal pride, vitality and inspiration. You will not feel satisfied or fulfilled if you are not feeling successful in these basic areas. You can have an abundance of money or material possessions but if you don't have the energy, state of appreciation, self-esteem or health to enjoy them you will not feel truly successful in your life. Are you proud of the life you are living? Do you believe you are living your best life now? These are important questions to factor into your overall experience of success.

    Your success potential is also a reflection of fulfilling the desires calling deep within your heart. These desires are indicators of what you are here to be, do and have in this life. You know what these desires are because you feel the absence of them. They are what you wish for and dream about. This is the primary area of your success potential that we are going to focus on in this program. Our intention is to show you how to create your heart's desires and live your best life by applying the 5 Habits of Success. Here's an important clue; these habits don't have anything to do with being in the right place at the right time, knowing the right people or getting the right external conditions lined up. It is not by chance or happenstance that you are successful and you don't have to work 60 hours a week at it. Let's start by saying you can be as successful as you believe you can be. Your Internal Factors are far more important than your external conditions.

    Since showing up is the first step, take a moment and reach your left arm over your right shoulder and give yourself a pat on the back. Acknowledge yourself for taking important steps towards achieving your success potential. You may have heard the saying; how you do anything is how you do everything. We believe this absolutely applies to you now. You are pre-paving your future now with how you show up in each moment. We are going to ask you to take a good look within yourself and honestly discover areas that are holding you back. We will also be inviting you to have the courage to step out of your comfort zone and step into your power. You are creating muscle memory in everything that you do while pre-paving your future experiences. You can either pre-pave a nice clear path or you can keep traveling down that same worn-out path that got you where you are in the first place.
