    Given that this book was published in 2013, it's likely that the Traditionalists are all retired by now. But generational differences still exist and the book outlines ways that the workplace can acknowledge, appreciate, flex, leverage and resolve those differences in 12 areas of concern (such as policies, meetings, communication, loyalty). I found intriguing the author's premise that each generation is haunted by ghost stories that impact how they perceive their jobs. It got me wondering how young Millennials and Gen Z will regard their ghost stories of covid-19, racial reckoning and climate change events.
