What you need to know before you start reading this book
The day my son was finally free of eczema, we celebrated. We danced and sang from one end of the house to the other. It was over. After losing so many battles, we'd finally won the war. The monster under the bed was gone and the Bogey man in the closet was banished to Never Never Land forever.
I remember every battle of that war too, as if it all happened only yesterday. I remember how helpless I felt watching my son scratching and crying himself to sleep every night and then, waking up in the morning to find him tangled in his bloody sheets. So I truly understand how every parent feels watching helplessly while their child suffers with eczema.
At one time, I had a very promising career as a college lecturer. But it soon became clear to me that there was no one in my family or community who could properly care for a baby with eczema, so I gave it up to be able to stay home and care for my child myself.
Over the years, I had spent thousands of dollars
