Chapter 1
President Edward Thomas Fluff, ruler of Earth II, stood on the balcony outside his private chambers in the Earth II White House watching the spectacular planet-rise in the natural satellite's sky. He ran his brown gloved fingers through his bushy brown hair. His green and brown outfit matched the plants on his terrace.
Fluff had been the unchallenged dictator of Earth II for as long as he could remember. He worked hard at manipulating his way to the top. For the last decade, however, he had instituted an era of peace with Earth II's neighbors in the Toro Galaxy. It had been hard for him to reign in his greed and determination, but he knew the time spent waiting to attack would grant him rule over, what he felt, were the inferior civilizations in the universe, instead of just the one natural satellite in the center of the Toro Galaxy that he currently ruled over.
He had spies throughout the universe to provide him with information, but the only person he truly trusted with truthful information was his Vice President, Pow-Er. Pow-Er had become Fluff's friend and confidant, and the one person Fluff would run his ideas of expansion past.
Fluff turned and walked into his bedroom, which was pristine white with red carpet, just like the rest of Earth II's White House. The furniture was either mahogany wood or black leather, and in some instances a combination of both. Fluff had lived in Earth II's White House since the day he became their President, along with his Vice President and his most trusted and loyal leadership personnel.
He reached his doorway that lead out into the hall, wondering if he was prepared for his daily routine of quiet to end.
He opened the door and began strutting with purpose down the hall, his brown boots making a clomping sound that echoed through the hallway with each step. He enjoyed that sound. He enjoyed even more seeing his subjects bow and scurry out of his way whenever they heard that sound. It didn't matter to him what they were doing, so long as it didn't interfere with his routine or his rule of Earth II.
Fluff stopped in front of a white door with a black placard centered on it that read Vice President Pow-Er
in gold letters. He gave a couple of slight knocks on the door as he let himself in.
As he looked around, he noticed the office decoration looked much like his own, which looked like the decor of the entire place.
He walked up to a desk where a man with black hear wearing a red mask sat. Vice President Pow-Er, I have the most brilliant plan. It is sure to solidify my claim as the universe's most evil genius.
Fluff watched as Pow-Er stood up from his desk, an evil smirk growing on his peach face.
How can I help with this most evil plan, of most masterful genius?
Pow-Er wasn't trying to sound condescending, but sometimes President Fluff left himself wide open for a little mocking.
It starts with you traveling to the Milky Way and bringing back one of their Earth's space shuttles.
Fluff had already run this plan through his head a million times. He was certain that it was foolproof.
Pow-Er looked confused. Sir, our technology is far superior to theirs. They don't even know we exist. How can retrieving one of their space ships possibly be useful to us when we have star ships that are far superior in every way?
President Fluff sat in a chair and propped his feet up on Pow-Er's desk. If we were to take over the entire Toro Galaxy and blame Milky Way's Earth for it, what is the first thing we would need?
Evidence that they were the culprits behind the attacks.
Pow-Er had conducted enough investigations on Earth II to understand the necessity of evidence to determine a case, and that eyewitness testimony could be the most crucial evidence in a case. "Alright. I get why we need their space shuttle, but how can it possibly destroy, let alone attack,
