About this ebook

This is a unique story of “God’s Revelation To Man” and a story that has got to be told to give hope to others who are going through alcohol addiction. When there seems to be no hope or no way out, there is a way out and the answer is Jesus Christ, and I am the living proof of being completely delivered from alcohol addiction and set free with complete peace of mind, it is absolutely priceless.
In 1 Corinthians (6:9-11)
Jesus is able to deliver you completely by cleansing, sanctifying and justifying you.
In Galatians (5:22-23)
The Holy Spirit can, and will, produce the self-control you need to overcome.
Then one night ten years on I got completely filled with the Holy Spirit saying in an audible voice, I want you to pull a book together and to explain to my people about the revelation that I have given you, when I look back now I thought that is was going to be mission impossible to pull it off...
MISSION ACCOMPLISHED

    Author’s Notes

Any proceeds from the sales of my book Gods Revelatin To Man will go towards somehing that has been on my mind for quite a while, and I would gladly seek professional advice from a registered charity that deals in sinking water wells where they are most needed around the world.

So I hope that whoever reads this message will think again and sart a syndicate to help those less forunate than us. Fresh, clean water can be a matter of life and death. I think it is a super idea.

For I have checked out a specific charity, Penny Appeal, that specialise in sinking water wells around the world. This charity puts a plaque on the well with whoevers namand message that whoever pays for the water well. I put: Name, Well 2014.

For clean water is not a luxury but an absolutely necessity for all mankind to survive.

You could frame the photo of the plaque and put it on your wall and every time that you have a drink of clean waer may you think of the people that you have made it possible for.

    Testimony: God’s Revelation to Man

Here is a brief outline of my testimony

I have worked for near 40 years as a tunnel miner, all over the UK, in all kinds of tunnel work, working in heavy compressed air for long periods of time and with no medical in those days. I have also worked in Mombasa, and in the Middle East an Island called Kharg Island 500 miles south of Abadan in Iran. It was a great experience for any young man.

It was very demanding work, I had the privilege of working alongside some of the greatest miners of my generation, sadly quite a few of them have passed away, but I was extremely fit THEN and could cope with anything that I would come up against.

    BUT WAIT FOR IT…

I had a drink problem, but I would not miss work because I would be letting others down and also get a bad name. We worked in a gang of 3 or 4 miners. It would all depend on the size of the tunnel we would be working in, I would not give in to other miners but to sweat the drink out of my system.

BUT TO CUT A LONG STORY SHORT…

It was on this particular night of 9th January 2001, I got completely filled with the Holy Spirit. I was told to put certain things down on a paper. From THE PATH OF LIFE TO HELL AND BACK and that night I got completely delivered from alcohol and set free and left with the peace of God and mind. That is absolutely priceless PRAISE THE LORD.

One night 10 YEARS ON I had been watching a Christian programme, it finished at 12:30am, I was standing at the fire place with the TV remote in my hand, I was about to turn the telly over for the news or turn it off and go to bed.

The guy that was presenting the programme said "that he was going to pray for people that had been watching the programme, he said there was no distain with prayer, maybe 3 to 5 seconds later I was completely filled with the Holy Spirit, I thought for a second that I was off the floor and then THE HOLY SPIRIT SPOKE IN AN AUDIBLE VOICE saying I want you to pull a book together and to explain to my people about the revelation that I have given you. I answered back in bewilderment you must be joking, I said that I do not buy books or I do not read books and God’s reply was I would not have asked if it was not possible with my help nothing is impossible for the Lord Jesus Christ.

    Chapter One

In 2001, my life changed dramatically when the Holy Spirit entered my life. God spoke to me in an audible voice, and told me to put certain things down on paper. He gave me a mighty revelation and, at the same time, completely delivered me from the alcohol addiction I had, after drinking heavily for 35 years.

Then in December 2009, God asked me to write a book. Never for a minute, throughout my wild journey of life, did I think that I would write a book – I don’t even read books!

Before now, the longest piece of writing I’ve ever done was a letter to my mother- two and a half pages. So I know this is a miracle, and not me writing this myself. For weeks I have been filled with God’s words and a need to write them down for others to read. This book is the result. I know I have some answers now, so this is for all those new God seekers, or people who need some confirmation, or those in pain. May God bless you all, whoever you are, whether you read this book or not.

Anyone who has ever written a book knows that they need a story to begin with, and from that story, a beginning, a middle and, of course, an end, fall into place. This is my story, and I was totally relying on God’s help and promises from start to finish.

    ***

God said to me, ‘I want you to explain to my people what God has done for you, which shall be done unto others’. It is through me telling my story, and by the Grace of God, that the Lord has seen fit to give His words to my experience, and to fill me with the Holy Spirit so that I can tell others that there is hope for them, and the promise of God’s help and everlasting life.

My name is Michael Bonner, but I prefer to be called Mick. I was brought up in Ireland near Burton Port, County Donegal, one of five siblings, with one brother and three sisters, and a great mother and father. Everyone went to Church in those days - no questions asked.

I left Ireland with a few other lads when I was fifteen years old, and we went straight to Scotland to seek our fortune - ha ha! We found work on a farm for about five or six months - which was a new experience for me. I enjoyed my time there, and of course, the big wages, which were in those days around eight pounds a week.

At the age of seventeen, after ‘making my fortune’ in Scotland, I moved to England, to a town called Halifax in West Yorkshire, where I worked for about eighteen months. March came around, and it was St. Patrick’s night, and me and three other lads went out to celebrate. It was on this night that I had my first taste of alcohol. Around closing time, the other lads ordered half a bottle of whiskey each, and seeing what they had done, I wanted to do the same. I ordered half a bottle of whiskey myself, but little did I know what this would lead me to. The first slug did not go down very well, stinging my throat, but I kept going, determined to like it, and after that, I had written my history.

    ***

One night in 2001, I got completely filled with the Holy Spirit. I felt on another level. And God told me in an audible voice to put certain things down on paper. And that was the Revelation that God gave me that night, which is revealed in this book.

It was during this time, enveloped by the Holy Spirit, that God completely delivered me from an alcohol addiction I’d had for most of my life. I used to drink very heavily on a daily basis. Since that instant, I have been transformed and now have such peace of mind, it is barely to be believed. Incredibly, from that moment on, I lost my desire for alcohol completely and have not drunk alcohol for over 13 years. Since being healed from this terrible disease, I have been fortunate enough to have visited a lot of countries, including America but this one free gift is the most priceless gift of all.

The good news is that everyone can seek the Lord for deliverance through the power of His salvation. God has no favourites: everyone is equal. If it happened to me - then it is for everyone. I am living proof that God works through us for our benefit, and I feel so privileged that God has spoken to me and left me a free man.

One night in 2009, I happened to be watching Genesis TV Channel, a Christian television channel, and there was a guy called John Edwards presenting a programme - Voice in the Wilderness. John Edwards announced, to the people watching at home, that he was going to pray for them over the airways. About two minutes into his prayer, I was miraculously filled with the Holy Spirit and I heard an audible voice. Straight away I knew it was God.

Whilst the Holy Spirit was working in my heart, I heard God say to be in an audible voice, ‘I want you to pull a book together and explain to my people about the revelation that I have given you.’

In bewilderment, I answered back, ‘You must be joking!’

And God’s reply was, ‘I would not have asked if it was not possible. With My help, nothing is impossible for the Lord Jesus Christ.’

I know that this revelation and the command to write a book was from the Holy Spirit, because I was never much of a writer. To even contemplate writing a book was definitely beyond me. I might be gifted in certain ways, but definitely not as a writer! No human being can predict the future for us, there is only one person who knows your destiny and that is the Maker - whose name is JESUS CHRIST.

People have been writing books for thousands of years, and there are billions of books on all sorts of subjects and of varying quality. I started doing some hard thinking about this book, but it was not long until the Holy Spirit gave me guidance on what to write.

I feel so privileged to be ‘chosen’ for this task and blessed to write about the greatest subject for mankind – thanks to my Saviour Jesus Christ.

After Halifax, I moved on to Teesport near Middlesbrough where I started work with a firm called ‘Rockfall Co.’, doing marine drilling and blasting. I was there a few months and being a young, independent lad, I enjoyed plenty of drink, girls and good crack. Crack in the Irish sense, that is – the ‘craic’ - laughs, jokes, banter, chatter, drinks and good friendship.

Never in one place for very long, I left the North East and headed for London. When I arrived at Kings Cross Station, I did not know a single person. I had heard that there was a tunnel being constructed in a place called Peckham so I made enquiries and soon got a job working in compressed air, driving a ‘loco.’ There were no medicals then, and health and safety was not as rigorous as it is today.

I will never forget the day when the tunnel boss cruelly called me over, ‘Come in here to the air lock, young fellow, and see how much air you can take on board!’

He failed to mention that I needed
