- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Not as interesting for those who aren't fans of "Top Chef", for this is more of a guide to the show than a cookbook. But since I've watched the show, I liked reading about the first three seasons and getting a peek at all the behind-the-scenes activity. The recipes, as befitting pro, are often too crazy-complicated for home cooks who don't have a whole army of sous-chefs and dishwashers -- one recipe called for *six* pans!
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5As a dedicated fan of TOP CHEF from the very first season ,who always wonders what I would do with the challenges (despite the fact, I'm only a "wanna be decent cook"), I bought this book because I always wonder what ingredients are actually available to use in the TOP CHEF Kitchen for those challenges.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I wanna be a chef and give my present job a big ass.
