About this ebook
Have you wondered why you are here on this Earth or what your purpose is? Read Paul Goldman's poetry in Journey Into Oneness to discover a deeper connection to both your own divinity and your connection to the One, the Source of all. In these poems of oneness, find a way to separate out what you have known as the self or the one running the show to a recognition that much of what we thought was under our control, happens automatically. Do we control our breathing or other bodily functions? Is our connection to our Source there waiting to be awakened? Come to a new understanding of yourself as not separate but deeply connected, to the One who breathed life into your soul.
Paul Goldman
Hailed by the New York Times as part of "a major revolution in racial politics in America" for running the pathbreaking campaigns of Governor Doug Wilder, Paul Goldman has been on the leading edge of Virginia politics for decades. Paul has waged a series of historic fights to "keep the big boys honest," beginning with managing Henry Howell's legendary gubernatorial run in the 1970s. Along the way, Paul has been an uncompromising defender inside and outside the halls of power for racial justice, women's rights, voting rights, workers, the environment and the poor.

Journey Into Oneness - Paul Goldman
AmmaBhagavan
I. THE I
A Self In Seven Parts
It has come to this, the time has arrived
for me to share the introductions
amongst the parts of myself.
Some of you have remained strangers,
hiding in you dark trench coats, hats
pulled down to avert your eyes.
Others, like free children have cavorted
and played wild out in the open, not
concerned with what others think.
And some, oh some of you dear parts,
have held steady the lit candles of love-
knowing certain this day would arrive.
Now, the dance has begun, for in the
brilliant golden Kundalini aura, each
of you have stepped bold into the center
of our mutual ring of perception. I laugh
at how each of you was so ready to come
out, to reveal your truth without judgment.
Each of you has served me well, whether
to keep the silent wolves at bay or to let in
the blinding light of love and joy.
We are at last each one introduced, some
for what only seems like the first time;
others old friends who at last can put
down their boxing gloves as there is nothing
left to defend. There is only this unceasing love
to let in and revel in the glory of bliss forever
more. The new day of my rebirth has arrived,
a symphony in seven parts, as my selves have
at last merged into One.
At Last A Beautiful Boy
"Close your eyes
Have no fear
The monster’s gone
He’s on the run and your daddy’s here
Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful
Beautiful boy
Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful
Beautiful boy"
- John Lennon
Yes, John, it has taken me many years
to see the truth!
Indeed, now when I look in the mirror
I fear no monsters as I only see the face
of love. The Beloved herself shines
upon me as if affirming I am the
most beautiful, beautiful boy.
I wish you were here, I wish you
were here, beautiful, beautiful John-
as I am at last
