      Preface

      In life we are taught to adhere to sets of rules and principles that govern our lands.

      We are also taught a culture and a set of behaviors and requirements that we are expected to conform to.

      We spend our lives striving to fit the bill.

      We fall for the illusion.

      In falling we express our amnesia.

      We take part in the play only to return to the stage again and again until we awaken. Leaving lives scattered with fear.

      So what if all of this was an illusion?

      What if you are a soul on a karmic journey?

      What if you have been given chance after chance after chance to get it right?

      What if the real teaching occurred before you got here in this body?

      What if you experienced lessons of love at the gates to earth?

      What if your purpose here is to advance your soul by remembering, expressing and living those lessons?

      What if the illusion that you live in is wrong?

      What if this life really is about forgiving and giving to others and in doing so this world automatically brings you opportunities to receive?

      What if you are an immortal soul who only knows the real truth when you die at the end of your life here?

      What if this is how it works?

      Would you be ready to take the chance to work to advance your soul?

      Introduction

      You have lived many lives. You are here to experience the wonder of your soul, the wonder of existence, the wonder of life. You are here to joyfully create anything that you wish. Wherever you are in your life right now you have this most amazing choice. Do you choose to surrender and lay down your negative old ways, or will you continue the battle, again and again and again?

      More and more of us are awakening. The message of our awakening is simple. We have to wake up. We have to stop homogenising our consciousness with wall to wall TV and other mindless activity. We have to consciously look at ourselves and our worlds with eyes wide open and believe that good is what we can then choose to see. We have to believe in ourselves and open up our consciousness to remembering and learning a new way of existing. And yet this new way is actually the old way. We just can’t remember it.

      We are living in a time of great awakening and most of us are asking questions...questions about what to do, who to be, what this is all about.

      I have been shown the answer, the answer is love.

      If you have come to this book before reading Awakening I recommend that you read it too. Until you have truly awoken, you will always have the challenge of your human ego, your perceptions, your self talk getting in your way.

      In order to be truly happy, you have to make this a good, honest and happy perception, one that you deserve and can consciously have. You just have to decide to go and grab it.

      Once we have awoken, the curiosity really begins. We want to remember. We want to progress and know the truth of who we are and what this life is really about.

      So who are you?

      Once you have realized that you are not the summation of your thoughts or generations of your family or the image that you portray, you want to know who you really are.

      I contemplated this question for some time and what I realized quite simply is that I am me. The me that was always there under the mask that I put on to get through life. The me that was at times buried under all of that doing and self doubting! The me that couldn’t sell bric-a-brac to old ladies when I was seven because I cried at the thought of taking their money from them. The me that understands others and is two million per cent emotional and sensitive. The me that I sometimes hide. No matter what I think I should or shouldn’t be. No matter what others think that I should or shouldn’t be. Without politics, religion, social conformity, requirements and demands. Simply, truthfully, me. And you are you.

      We have one mission. To be us. The very best us that we possibly can be. To let us as we really are help ourselves and others to express ourselves in love.

      We are here to express and advance our souls to the point where we never have to enter this third dimension again, or at least not because we still have much to become. We will choose to come here to experience creation, to create a physical world of love.

      To do this, to become truly us, we need to look and live from within, from the inside out. We have to consciously open our hearts to the love and feelings right at the core of us. We must learn to remember who we truly are and not conform and be distracted. We must gently move out of living through our heads and park our consciousness firmly in our hearts.

      We have to believe that this, just this, is enough and trust that this is what this life is all about.

      As I turn myself inside out I know with absolute certainty that I was born into this world to feel and demonstrate deep love. It’s me. As a child I cannot describe enough in these words what being me felt like. To say it simply, I didn’t think, I felt. As a child I cried and cried...and then I cried some more. No amount of logic deterred me from my feelings. My heart was my voice, and it still is. It has been covered up slightly from conditioning, western education and culture, not to mention a good 15 years conforming to society’s vision of success, but there the magic remains.

      Our world is accelerating. We juggle with speed. We list. We panic. We hide. We strive to keep up and fit in. Most of us conform. We become the people that society and our parents mould us to be. We analyse and think our way through our days. When things feel great it reflects our success. When they don’t we either hide and blame or take a tablet and give up. We gossip. We back stab. We beat ourselves up. We blame. We are at times fuelled by hatred and fear and jealousy.

      Millions of us have lost our capacity for joy. We have forgotten how to love. We have forgotten who we are. We spend our time discussing the lives and the comings and goings of others. Our focus is on what we can see with our eyes, not with our hearts. Bitterness, anger, resentment are the products.

      This does not have to be so. Love is free. It is there for everyone. It is powerful. It feels wonderful. It heals. It surprises. It governs the sacred laws of the lands. It lifts away the shadows and leaves a healthy spiritual, open and supportive human being. Its wonderful power enlightens not only the giver but the receiver too. Love is a choice. Love is you.

      It never ceases to astonish me when people close their hearts to everyday compassion and kindness. Conscious love as a way of life is awe inspiring. Yes, it heals the world, but you know feeling and being kindness, forgiveness, acceptance, feels good. It feels good as you open your door at night after your day. It feels good to wake up excited by the feeling of happiness and joy that comes from consciously deciding that love is the answer.

      This is the pathway to advancing your soul.

      My belief today is the same as Kuan Yin. This beautiful ascended master believed that kindness and forgiveness give the human spirit the power to ascend. In other words, the power to lift the vibrational energy of your soul. Kuan Yin made it her earthly purpose to end the cycles of soul reincarnation by teaching that through living by kindness and forgiveness, the soul reaches enlightenment, so stopping the need to incarnate because the lessons have been learnt and lived.

      If this guide helps you to live a more fulfilling life and stand closer to the joy of your experience here when you pass back to spirit, then I will feel that I have helped this adventure to be an easier, more loving experience for you.

      Even if you find it difficult to see how the changes in this book will help your income, or your career, know that by becoming more loving you are creating a life in which you and others can experience real growth. At a soul level you don’t need material success. You don’t need to be the boss, the director, the doer. You are simply here to experience love and grow within it.

      You hold the power within you to be part of the generation that makes the biggest step. The ones who saw the pearls of wisdom and laid them down as stepping stones to ascension. To the wonder of the truth. Heaven on earth, for all to experience.

      So this is my purpose, to write this book to teach each heart in our world how to advance their soul. To lay out the lessons to be remembered and expressed. To review what this means for you and look at what steps you can take to move your soul forward in your current life.

      I give you these words to help you to be the very best person that you can be. To speak your truth. To stick to being the very best of you. To let go of
