Hot hot hot! A sensible heroine, passion!! I truly enjoyed this one, I almost did not read it after the snooze fest of the previous book I thought this one will be the same, oh how wrong I was... saving this one

If you can get past the fact that none of what happens makes any sense, it’s a great, angsty story. However, Louisa was more forgiving than I would ever be in such a short amount of time. After what he did at the end, all he had to do was say a few measly words that his actions proved otherwise, and it’s HEA? Suuure!
But if you look past that, it’s a decent read.

The pic has nothing to do with the story. I still fail to see how a guy being an asshole makes a good story. The sex isn't enough to erase the dirty feeling given by the guy being a d***.

    Seriously.
However, he redeemed himself. He could have spent some more time prostrating himself for forgiveness.
Of course the heroine was a pushover but you can forgive it as the drama had been going on for a bit.
Second half of the book was good
I also liked the flashbacks as it gave their relationship depth and showed development.

Wow. I'm really on the fence regarding this story. On the one hand, the settings and characters are beautifully written. I loved the h; she epitomized dignity, grace and kindness without being wimpy and I feel the conclusion was correct and nicely finished HOWEVER I couldn't forgive the H for some of the choices he made. He was completely cruel to the h and even though he does a big grovel scene, I feel like he crossed one boundary too many.

OMG.. THE HEROINE IS NOT FIT TO BE CALLED A WOMAN OR A MOTHER...
I mean,.i would kill anyone who would even try to separate me from my child no matter what their reason or justfication... To forgive or even try to understand the person who did such a thing would take a lot.. He would have to earn his forgiveness and respect and love....

The hero DID NOT DO ANY OF THIS.....He simply did the appalling thing of literally storming out with their baby and then apologised the next day... And the heroine being the stupidest dumbest useless masochistic excuse of a human being forgave him just like that and ofcourse she took him back..

    YUCK,! A MILLION TIMES AWFUL!!!!!!!

ugh. sorry I wasted a credit on this one. worst and most wishy-washy heroine EVER. First she's mad at him, then she's begging his forgiveness when he's the idiot. I just... ick. NOT worth reading, at least not in my opinion. There are so many better love stories out there than this one.

The sorry was absurd! After everything that she went through she forgives him at first sight? No way, I can't begin to say how ludicrous that ending was. No one would want to stay married to him after his callousness!
