    I got 2 minutes into this book and already it's riddled with mistakes, I cannot read any further.
    This is a book about the practices from the Vijñāna Bhairava Tantra.

    1. The first few pages talk about a 7 chakra system - that system has nothing to do with the Vijñāna Bhairava Tantra.
    2. The author claims the Vijñāna Bhairava Tantra is 4,500 years old! The exact date is unknown but is it is roughly 1,200 years old.
    3. The author claims the Vijñāna Bhairava Tantra is a conversation between shiva and parvati, which isn't completely correct, it's the fierce form of shiva, namely Bhairava, in conversation (metaphorically speaking) to Bhairavi.

    These are huge errors within the first pages, the author is clearly not qualified to write such a book.

What Is Tantra

Vigyan Bhairav Tantra: a way forward to the attainment of Wisdom and Insight of Pure Consciousness. Vigyan in Sanskrit means science; Bhairav is the state which is beyond consciousness (Lord Shiva). Tantra means a method or technique. In a way Vigyan Bhairav Tantra means scientific techniques to take men to beyond consciousness.

Kashmir Shaivism - Vigyan Bhairav Tantra, is a 4500 year’s old one the most sacred text in Hinduism which consist of 112 meditation techniques of enlightenment given by lord Shiva to goddess Parvati. This text has been adapted from the ancient book named Rudrayamala Tantra. The techniques depicted in this tantra are completely scientific as it is not founded on a philosophy.
