About this ebook

Unleash The Power of the Heart and Mind e-book provides the inspirational direction for how to enliven the heart consciousness in order to access the ‘Powers of The Heart’ then linking that state to the subconscious and conscious mind; which in turn is able to connect to the higher consciousness. The inspiration of the heart linked with the higher consciousness once in prefect sync provides a powerful force to not only drive but create reality in the way you have programmed through logical thought.

The heart is natures most untapped immense resource generating more than just intuitive feelings and desires but also the conscious means to bring them into reality. Intuition and desires born from the heart consciousness are given the power to become real with perseverance.

It is not as some believe a choice between the intellect of the mind and the intuition of the heart; rather the unification of these two conscious states is the answer. Relying only either on the intellect and logic of the mind is limiting and gains from the support of intuitive insights from the heart’s intelligence.

The heart is also the window to the soul or eternal consciousness of self; a communicator between the physical mind and the higher self’s consciousness, that in turn is part of all that is.

Utilising the Power of the Heart in conjunction with the Mind is the most significant choice you will make in life.

Life is not what you wish it to be, rather it’s what you make it.

Introduction

The Power of The Heart series provides the inspirational direction for how to enliven the heart consciousness, then linking that state to the subconscious and conscious mind; then, in turn, connect to the higher consciousness. The inspiration of the heart linked with the higher consciousness once in perfect sync provides a powerful force to not only drive but create reality in the way you have programmed through logical thought.

By bringing ‘Heart Power’ more to the fore you can learn to accentuate the capabilities of your heart consciousness, thereby gaining increased control over your environment, including how you interact with your surroundings and the circumstances you experience. Those near to you don’t always have your best interests at heart, but by using your Heart Power you have the ability to control just as much of your external world by utilizing your heart's desires as you can using your mind.

With the unlimited Power of The Heart and mind in combination, you can control not only yourselves but also external influences that have the potential to impact you in ways either extensive or specifically limited.

Your heart, like your mind, is connected to every part of the body through its own neural system, which like the mind the heart communicates with the entire body. The blood that is sent pulsing around the body by the vortex initiated by the heart carries not only nutrients and antibodies but also vital information to every part of the body; that carries back to the heart vital information from the cells.

It is not a choice as some believe of deciding between the intellect of the mind and the intuition of the heart, but rather the unification of these two conscious states is the answer. Closing the mind and opening the heart is not the answer, unification of the heart and mind is. Relying only on the intellect and logic of the mind is limiting, which can gain from the support and input of intuitive insights from the heart's intelligence.

The way society works is to trap people into a mental reality rather than a heart based intuitive reality. From childhood the minds neuron networks are accentuated through fixed learning modes, all at the expense of developing the connectivity of the much superior heart and mind combined intelligence model; were the hearts desires and intuitive senses are combined with the logic and calculating abilities of the mind to produce a unified ability to not only understand more about the world but also control what happens to a greater degree.

The mind has been conditioned by a lifetime of external influences causing you to think, react or act in specific predetermined ways, almost like rote, or gut like knee-jerk reactions, to what faces you at any particular moment in time. These reactions or actions are based on previous experiences or knowledge stored in the deep tundra like subconscious recesses of the mind. To date, like millions the world over, your mind's conscious and subconscious states have more or less controlling every waking thought; be they in the form of a desire, concern or planning; or worry how to deal with issues or how to resolve, action and expedite the situation, even what avenue of life you need or want to pursue.

Many abilities that were once, or in some cases still are, attributed to the mind, infact originate within or in conjunction with the heart. Whenever you consider some emotion while focusing upon your heart, if that emotion makes your heart beat faster then that emotion is controlled by the heart, otherwise, the control is likely driven by the mind. In essence, you can control emotions or create situations that you desire by bringing the heart's abilities into play. Some well known intuitive sensors of the heart are a feeling of unease, sadness, love, hate, trust, desire for things, expectancy, caution, and so on.

Programming reality is simple compared to changing the state of reality that is already in progress or going into a transitional phase or already exists strongly in the form of desires. With change there are limitations, with timing involved; while creating the reality you desire from a blank canvas then projecting that scenario into the future is much easier and more accurately achieved. Once clearly defined desires can be put in place, then without procrastination or deviation pursued undauntingly, the reality desired will finally at some stage evolve as required. Managing the elements to form what is desired takes talent, determination and practice, as well as timing; with the dynamics of your reality timing and clarity are everything.

The mind limits what is acknowledged to exist through determined perception, keeping the observation of the world to a basic minimum level required for survival in most cases. Moving out of the mental reality trap will enable a greater observation and appreciation of the true world at large, but also with less filtering and a more specific view of one’s personal environmental reality. There is no necessity to manipulate reality, for with the unified conscious capacity of the heart and mind restored it is possible to mold and enable your own specific experiences with greater accuracy.

The unified consciousness of the heart, mind and spirit is a natural state that the modern world has long since lost and rarely recognizes due to the hectic background noise of modern society. Constant distractions from not only technology but the demands of modern life, the structure of societies' ingrained belief and control systems have shifted focus to a material consciousness. With so many distractions and disturbances available few can truly feel or connect fully with their intuitive self and their heart consciousness. Your heart consciousness is essential for your spiritual and emotion well being. Becoming aware that the heart consciousness does exist, then by taking the first steps to connect, thereby enlivening the intuition through the heart and mind connection, are the first stages of making life more wondrous.

By bringing ‘Heart Power’ more to the fore in daily life you can learn to accentuate the capabilities of your heart consciousness, thereby gaining better control over your environment, including how the environment interacts with you. Those near to you don’t always have your best interests at heart, but by using the Heart’s abilities you can utilize the power of your heart to control more effectively your external world than is possible with only the mind.

Therefore, combining the Power of The Heart with the Power of Your Mind to create your reality gives you tremendous capabilities within the creative process. With the unlimited Power of The Heart and Mind combination, it becomes possible to control not only yourself but also external influences that have the potential to impact you in either extensive or limited ways. A Mind unified with the Heart overcomes the illusion of separation and sees the connection that exists between all things.

There are many who don’t pay the slightest attention to their heart’s consciousness or the true extent of the functions it fully plays in the in the body’s thought processes. Modern life and education are almost completely devoid of heart intelligence. When people disconnected from the Heart’s innate wisdom of Love-based thinking, the ego-based intellect takes over, and then reverts to a survival mentality based on fear; the solution is to move out of the fear-based mental state that you have been taught to live by and move into the consciousness of Heart Centered Living. Open your heart, so that in combination with your other thought centers you can truly start to experience and speak from your heart as well as based on the thoughts of the logical mind.

A heart can become closed off as a form of protection, at first due to lack of trust brought about by life’s experiences; mostly negative one's impact the most, leading to issues with thoughts and actions becoming more guarded and insular as the mind starts to take control. Life’s various impacts can cause defensive attitudes and a more closed way to interact with others and the world at large.

This closing off is brought about by the various experiences that had undesirable impacts that lead to some form of subconscious self-protective stance being formed, perhaps for being more cautious, less trusting, more dubious about others or the information they impart, less outgoing or revealing, more restrictive with what is shared with acquaintances, as well as less forthcoming in social circumstances.

This type of guarded stance is usually brought about through some indiscretion or unwanted response by others that have caused a wary attitude to dominate behavior in an attempt to limit any future such occurrences. An enlivened heart is one that is fully understood by and in sync with the mind. Being 'Open Hearted' primarily refers to not being closed off or guarded, but completely in tune with the mind and the higher consciousness.

Harmony within yourself and externally with the environment leads to a life of happiness; being at peace, calming the mind, enlivening the spirit, with heart, mind and spirit as one united consciousness. Focusing upon the heart and utilizing its potential to enliven your life will expand your interaction with the world and those you interact with; thus creating the potential for a blissful and valuable existence.

The Science Of The Heart

Limitless opportunities abound, governed only by your focus on achieving them.

The average heart beats 110,000 times a day, 40 million times a year, 3.5 billion times in an average lifetime; pulsing blood constantly to the organs and the body. The heart's vascular system is 60,000 miles long and can wrap around the earth twice. Your heart produces enough power in 1 hour to lift 2,000 pounds 3 feet off the ground. The heart works without interruption for 70-80 years or more, without care or cleaning, usually without repair or replacement.

The heart starts beating in the unborn fetus before the mind is formed, called the autorhythmic process. When the heart begins to function, it enhances the blood's momentum with spiraling impulses. The arteries serve a subsidiary mimical heart function by providing spiraling boosts to the circulating blood.  In so doing the arteries dilate to receive the incoming blood and contract to deliver an impulse to increase the blood's momentum. The source of the heartbeat is in the heart, not the mind, the heart beats on its own; as confirmed in the case of heart transplant when the heart functions normally, despite the connectivity to the mind having been severed and not reestablished.

Avoided and hidden throughout education and societies indoctrination, and kept secret by those who selfishly wish to limit certain knowledge, the Power of The Heart and Mind connective consciousness is only recently becoming widely known about. Advances in scientific research confirmed that the heart is not only responsible for regulation of the blood but is also a very powerful intelligence system, a fact what has been known by the world's ancient cultures such as the Sumerians and Egyptians, as well as noted in the scientific literature since the 18th century. Intuitive writers throughout the ages have always known and proposed that the heart is a source of a conscious thought, intelligence and intuition.

During the 1960’s and 70’s physiologists, John and Beatrice Lacey’s research showed the heart actually communicates with the mind, affecting how people perceive and react to the world and reality. Neurophysicists found that the heart sends more informative messages to the mind than the heart receives back; these interchanges of information between the neurons of the heart and mind are well known scientifically. The heart appears to be sending meaningful messages to the mind that are not only understood but also obeyed (Lacey and Lacey, 1978). Neurophysiologists discovered a neural pathway and mechanism whereby input from the heart to the mind could facilitate the minds electrical activity (McCarty, 2002). After extensive research, (Armore, 1994) introduced the concept of a functional heart brain. Current research has revealed that the heart communicates information to the mind and throughout the body and environment via electromagnetic field interactions.

Your heart, like your mind, is connected to every part of the body through its own neural system, which like the mind communicates with the entire body. The blood that is sent pulsing around the body by the vortex initiated by the heart carries not only nutrients, hormones, oxygen and antibodies to fight disease but also vital information to the cells of the body. The heart has intelligence, complete with bio-chemicals, hormones, and neurotransmitters just like the mind. Joel K. Kahn M.D. showed that the heart communicates with the body in 4 ways; the nervous system connections; hormones produced by the heart; biochemical information via the blood pressure waves and pulses; and energetic information from the strong electrical and electromagnetic fields.

The heart exists as a perceptive center for the body via the circulation and the sense organs, enabling it to perceive what transpires throughout the body and externally. The heart produces balancing as well as regulatory hormones that are transfused throughout the entire body regulating biological functions, as well as instantaneously communicating electromagnetic and chemical information to the body. Dr. Dorothy Mandel writes, The heart can act as an internal pharmacy-dispensing and communicating what is needed where and when. Its rhythm and pulse can entrain all of the body's rhythms and cycles into coherent harmony and communicate many other types of vital information as well.

Neurophysicists have discovered that the heart has its own complexed intrinsic nervous system of several types of neurons, neurotransmitters, proteins and support cells like those found in the mind, that can sense, feel, have the capacity for thought as well as to learn and remember. The neurons and ganglia in the heart have been found to have the same function as those in the mind. There is evidence that the heart brain can receive and respond to stimuli before the mind processes it. (The Journal of Alternative and Complementary medicine). Essentially the heartfelt the pre-stimulus before it happened or was acknowledged by the mind.

The Heart is more an organ of intelligence as 60 to 65% of heart cells are neural cells, ganglia, of the very same nature as those that make up the cerebral system. (Joan Beahus Levey). The heart is now scientifically recognized as a complexed system with a functional and sophisticated center for processing information, which enables the heart to learn, remember and process this information independent of the mind.

The heart generates the body’s strongest and most extensive rhythmic electromagnetic field impulses in the body; measured by an electrocardiogram these are 40 to 60 times greater in amplitude than that produced by the mind. The magnetic field component produced by the heart is around 5,000 times greater in strength than the magnetic field generated by the mind. It is this electromagnetic field that makes you more than your physical body.

There is increasing evidence suggesting that the cardio electromagenetic field can actually affect human beings in close proximity. The electricity generated by the heart has been detected and measured in the mind patterns of another person nearby. These signals are stronger in amplitude when in direct contact, but are still detectable up to several feet away from the source. The heart can, therefore, be characterized as the engine for distributing and controlling energy of the human body.

Through these interactions, the heart also transfers energies between human beings. Linda Russek, Ph.D., director of the Human Energy Systems Laboratory at the University of Arizona, and the author of The Living Energy Universe is a clinical psychologist who in the 1990’s discovered that when two people touch the EKG of one person's heart could be measured by an EEG of another person’s barium; meaning one’s heart energy can register in the brainwaves of another person. Thus your mental and emotional states impact the quality of contact that you offer to others.

Each heart cell is unique in that it not only pulsates in synchrony with all the other heart cells but also produces an electromagnetic signal that radiates out beyond the cell. An EEG that measures brainwaves shows that the electromagnetic signals from the heart are so much stronger than brainwaves; a reading of the heart’s frequency spectrum can be taken from three feet away from an individual without placing electrodes on the body. Each persons EKP pattern is unique, the same as the differences in everyone's iris or fingerprints. The heart’s electromagnetic field, measured by an electrocardiogram is 60 times greater in amplitude than that of the mind.

Regarding Heart Cell Memory; stem cell research has shown that individual cells have intelligence, that in the case of stem cells they can produce any organ of the body.

The heart doesn't pump blood but is the vortex regulator of the blood, as the blood is propelled through the arteries and veins by biological momentum. The fact that the heart by itself is incapable of sustaining the circulation of the 8,000 liters of blood per day with a viscosity 5 times that of water has been known by physicians for centuries. In 1920, Rudolf Steiner, of the Goetheanum in Switzerland had pointed out in lectures to medical doctors that the heart was not a pump forcing inert blood to move with pressure but that the blood was propelled with its own biological momentum and boosts itself with induced momenta from the heart. In 1932, Frédéric Bremer of Harvard filmed the blood in the very early embryo circulating in the self-propelled mode in spiraling streams before the heart was functioning. The Heart Vortex ring has been observed by analyses based on color Doppler mapping and magnetic resonance imaging. Coincidentally the heart as double spirals appears in ancient Minoan and Greek art.

The energy vortex of the heart creates not only the power to send blood coursing throughout the whole cardiovascular system but also the intrinsic energy of the blood that is also transmitted to the entire body. The energy of life is thus sustained to enliven not only the body but also the spirit. The heart vortex is the key energy that sustains the entire body by supplying the necessary requirements along with the blood. The automatic vortex movement of blood rotates clockwise forming a vortex; these vortices form throughout the cardiovascular system.

The vortex ring is a torus shaped vortex in a fluid, where the fluid spins around an axis. The blood moves in a circular path around a core. A vortex ring is formed in the left ventricle of the heart during cardiac relaxation. Bremer, Harvard, 1932. The heart vortex has been observed using three-directional magnetic resonance velocity mapping. It is assumed that heart muscle layers have the same velocity distribution pattern as the concentric streams of a free vortex to enable the heart and blood motions to couple in multi-velocity phase. The streaming of the blood can be observed in the embryo sending blood spiraling through the body before the functioning of the heart begins.

Michael R Rosen MD, Pharmacology professor at Columbia University states: Memory is a property of diverse biological systems including the heart and mind. Inherited memory has been studied in heart transplant recipients. Neuropeptides are ways the mind speaks to the organs and tissues of the body. Due to the volume of peptides in the heart, it is obvious the mind is not the only organ to store memories and personality traits.

Studies by cardiologist Bruno Cortese showed that, after some heart transplants, sensitive recipients can experience personality changes that parallel the personalities of the donor's personal history stored in the transplanted tissues and would often incorporate and assume some aspects of the personality of the donors whose heart they received but have never met. William Sheridan states; the heart attributes personality that mirrors the donor, were the recipient downloads information from the transplanted organs.

Claire Sylvia received a heart and lung transplant at Yale–New Haven Hospital in 1988. She reported noticing that various attitudes, habits, and tastes changed following her surgery. She had inexplicable cravings for foods she had previously disliked. For example, though she was a health-conscious dancer and choreographer, upon leaving the hospital she had an uncontrollable urge to go to a well know fast food outlet and order chicken nuggets, a food she never ate previously. To protect the privacy of the donors' families, recipients and their families, physicians and hospitals, donors and recipients are referred to by number; except when their first names were mentioned by family members or friends in the transcripts; so no knowledge whatsoever of the donor is available to the heart recipient.

A prominent medical expert like Doctor Maurice Renard and others discovered that those recipients of heart transplants are inheriting donors' memories and consequently report huge changes in their tastes, their personality, and most extraordinarily, in their emotional memories.

History Of The Heart

The cost of anything is the focused energy you are prepared to bring to bear to pursue it.

Most people believe that only the mind controls not only themselves but also their perception of external experiences. The heart has an immense impact also on whatever happens in life. It is the heart energy that is capable of communicating not only with the entire body but also with others and you higher consciousness.

The mind is given credit for many of the hearts functions, mainly because the mind is conscious of the hearts interactions, thereby we assume those feelings, thoughts, intuition and senses all originate in the mind, were actually many also emanate from the heart.

The heart has played an important role in understanding the body since antiquity. There are hundreds of places in ancient literature including the Bible where the mind is used in conjunction with the soul, spirit, or heart. Yet the mind is not even once used in conjunction with the 'brain' or the 'head'. The ancient opinion was that the heart was the most important organ in the body; the heart was often considered by the ancient cultures and religions as the primary organ associated with the soul that harbored intelligence, thought, and feeling. Today most might say that thought originates solely in the mind.

According to the Oxford Universal Dictionary, the oldest use of ‘Heart’ expressions encompassed all of the feeling, understanding, and thought, which in modern English is equated to the mind. The ancient opinion was that the heart was the most important organ in the body; the heart is often referred to throughout history as the base of intelligence and consciousness.

In the past, the heart was thought the most symbolic organ in the body and was referred to as the Spiritual and Intellectual core and seat of the human mind. Many classical and medieval philosophers and scientists, including Aristotle, considered the heart as the seat of thought, often rejecting the value of the mind. The Stoics taught that the heart was the seat of the human soul.

Since ancient times the heart has been held in awe as a symbol of courage, truth, and love; the heart was referred to as the spiritual and intellectual core of the human mind. Many ancient cultures believed the heart held the essence of the person, the chalice of the soul. Long lost religions believed the heart as being the most precious thing for them to sacrifice to the gods.

When artists and scientists like Leonardo and medical practitioners started dissecting the corpses they found the heart was also the vestal that functioned to force blood around the body through arteries and veins.

The heart symbol can be traced to before the last ice
