About this ebook

Super heroine in peril fiction at its finest!

Young, beautiful, and powerful, Catgirl is Synne City's newest super heroine out to prove herself.  Catgirl is out on a full moon, looking for a trio of brutal escapees.  The city is in an odd mood, everyone acting all crazy.  Even the other super heroines are moontruck.  In the midst of all this craziness, the young super heroine is determined to capture her prey, but under a full moon anything can happen.  Can Catgirl catch the escapees with strength and cunning, or will she end up as moonstruck crazy as everyone else?

Warning: This super heroine in peril, urban fantasy story has explicit violence and sex.  It gets down and dirty, showing the dark side of costumed vigilantism.  For adults 18 years old and above who are not easily offended.

Excerpt:
It was unlikely she broke his legs, though that strike would've broken a normal man's legs.  Her heels did penetrate the flesh, all the way to the bones, but Ox's bones were just too big, thick, strong.

The other two gawked at their fallen comrade a second.  Catgirl charged Dog, who countered her punch amazingly fast.  They traded a dozen punches, each blocking or avoiding the other's fists.  Horse charged in, so Catgirl broke off the fight and danced back.

"What?  A couple big, mean boys afraid to fight a little girl one-on-one?  Tsk.  Tsk," she said, grinning with glee-filled blue eyes.  "What will the other boys in prison think about a couple of girly boys like you?"

"I'll show you girly," Horse snarled, changing her.

He swung a powerful right cross at her, which she countered by kicking, driving her stiletto into that big fist.  Bones snapped so loud they could hear them.  Even Catgirl cringed just a little at that sickening sound.

"Ugh!  Bitch," Horse said, clutching his injured hand.

She shrugged, assuming a classic super heroine pose before him.  Wagging her brows, she said, "I warned you fair and square, but you chose — "  Horse kicked straight up into her chin, snapping her head back.  "Uuggh!"  Then his left found her belly.  "Aagh!"

Catgirl bent over his fist, intense pain radiating throughout her shapely body.  He shifted, and she knew his knee was about to come up.  That blow would put her down, and probably out permanently.  She didn't think they'd let her live long.

    Catgirl - JK Waylon

    Catgirl: Moonstruck

(Synne City Super Heroines in Peril)

The Tenderloin was in a mood.  At first the black clad super heroine couldn't figure it out.  And then she noticed that big, bright full moon hanging over them.  Catgirl shook her head woefully, and continued to prowl the night.

Crazy people just make my job harder, she muttered, watching the antics down on Cummins Street.  Hookers were flirting with each other as much, if not more than, with their potential johns.  Pimps stood around grinning, pimp cups in hand, raking in the cash for doing nothing but being wicked evil.  Some nights it just seems like I'd be better off staying home and watching Sex in the City reruns.

Catgirl rose up to her full height, striking a sassy super heroine pose atop a five story building in the heart of Synne City's most notorious red light district.  She was tall, busty, and sheathed in all black.  A leather cowl covered her head and upper face, with a magnificent mane of blonde hair flowing out the back to cascade down her back.  A wide latex choker holding a silver cat's head encircled her neck.  The cat's head was her enchanted Object of Power that gave her the strength of ten men, greater speed, endurance, and the ability to fly.  Among other things.  Her body was sheathed in a low cut latex catsuit, with a lace-up leather corset cinching her between flaring hips and big boobs.  She finished off her costume with opera gloves and stiletto thigh boots.

Where oh where are my little animals at? she murmured as midnight blue eyes scanned the crowd below.

The sexy super heroine was after three escapees.  Dog was their leader, a big, dark, handsome bastard, but as unsavory and violent as they came.  Horse was almost as bad as Dog, but was really best known for a very plain face and a really big cock.  And last, but not least, was Ox.  Ox was just as big and dumb as his name implied, and a terribly brutish man.  Together, they liked to rob stores.

A week back, Catgirl helped her super heroine mentor, Midnight Avenger, capture them when they caught the trio robbing a liquor store.  Technically, Catgirl was Midnight Avenger's protégé, her sidekick.  She hated being a sidekick, and hated it even more when someone called her a sidekick.  The Council of Witches gave her a full-powered Object of Power, not the half-powered one of a sidekick.  She took that as confirmation she should prowl the night alone.  Midnight Avenger didn't agree.

I'll show her I'm worthy of being a full super heroine, Catgirl said, eyes narrowing at a trio of men moving purposely through the crowd below.  She frowned, since it was just a pimp called Kid Rotten and a couple of his soldier boys.  If I can find those stupid bastards.

Dog, Horse, and Ox escaped police custody the previous day while being transported to court.  She didn't know how it went down, but it looked suspicious to her.  No cops where hurt, and they were mum on the manner of the robbers' escape.  Unfortunately, there were a lot of crooked cops in Synne City.

An impromptu parade began below when several street musicians began marching down the middle of the street.  Practically every hooker down there fell in behind them, and all traffic came to a halt.  Catgirl thought the pimps would be pissed, since their girls weren't earning any money on their knees or backs by participating, but the half dozen pimps she recognized below were just laughing about it.

They're all crazy, she said, shaking her head.

Not having any success in her search, Catgirl moved over to the
