    Introduction

    My first experience with doing side hustles started about eight years ago when I was attempting to become a problogger. As you might have guessed, that never really came to pass, though I did make a decent amount of side income from that project.

    To this day, I still have lots of projects going on at once, so you could say that I have never really stopped side hustling. For me, it all started as a way to pay off student loan debt. Over time, my side hustles began to earn me more than my day job. So, when I was laid off from my last cubicle job, I did not have to get another one since my side hustles were making me enough money to pay my bills.

    I know that not everyone wants to quit their day job and replace it with a side hustle or two. Some people just want to pay off debt like me and others might just want to make some cash for a big purchase or some travel. No matter what your reason for needing some side income, I have compiled more than 21 ideas that you can get started on today. That leaves you with no excuses when it comes to making extra money.

    I deliberately chose side hustles that not only require no money to start, but that only require equipment or skills that I think most people already have access to at home or at the local library. This makes your side hustle almost risk free. It will only cost you the time that you need to put into it.

    For a side hustle to be a big success, I think you need to focus on something that you enjoy. Otherwise, it is just another job. For that reason, I tried to include a variety of different ideas that would appeal to the most people.

    This means that the list of side hustle ideas in this book is by no means complete. There are even plenty of other side hustles that you can start today with no investment needed. So, if you read this guide and don't come away with an actionable plan for making one of these ideas your new side hustle, I at least hope that it will inspire you enough to come up with something else that will work for you.
