      I meditated in my 20's but no one had ever explained why. Now I can meditate with my best in mind and to let go and let God. I will be happy to meditate now twice a day and be in calm and at peace. I recommend this book to all that want more peace in life.

      The Fable

      Once upon a time, a very long time ago, visitors from a world very far away made a friendly little visit to our planet. These beings were highly advanced and sophisticated.

      Most of their time was spent in pursuit of the higher sciences, the arts and simply enjoying life. Being of a scientific bent, they created biochemical androids to handle the more mundane tasks of everyday life.

      These androids possessed a rudimentary intelligence that enabled them to do the laundry, maintain the lawn and even care for the children.

      After several generations, our alien friends decided that it was time to be on their way. Before leaving they decided to allow the androids to stay behind in order to develop and evolve. In this manner, the androids would have their very own world to call home
