    All of my life I have encountered a lot of hate and stereotyping towards individuals with mental illnesses and issues that are taboo to speak about like self harm. In this book I would like to focus on these topics more specifically Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety Disorder, and self harm along with offering coping skills, DBT skills, personal advice, and the help that individuals out there so desperately need.
