      The Scourge of the Glitch, Book 3

      Chapter One

      Ever since Steve went up against Herobrine, he’d been trying hard to get back in.  Steve thought about what to do.  There had to be a way to defeat this guy.  There just had to be.

      There was something that Steve planned to use against Herobrine though.  It was the only weakness that he knew about.  It might be the one way to save himself.  Steve was going to use Herobrine’s own source of power against him.

      There was something about Herobrine that many forget.  Herobrine is a glitch; he’s not real.  He’s something that should not exist in the world of Minecraft.  It might be the only way to get rid of him.  Steve would be able to use that same glitch against Herobrine in order to get him out of there.  Steve might be able to figure out the exact glitch that got him into the world in the first place.  It was worth a shot, that’s for sure. 

      Steve planned to use the glitch to his advantage.  If he could just get in there, then he would be able to get rid of his new enemy.  But there was a catch.  Steve also had his own glitch.  That was the glitch that Steve felt when he was in the real world, when he was transported each time into the Minecraft game.

      One day, Steve was at school and on his way to his locker.  He passed by the computer lab, where someone had the Minecraft screen open.  Apparently a couple of kids were able to get it on a computer.  When Steve saw that, he felt his entire body become digitized, and then he was thrown right into the game.  Steve was in front of his Minecraft house, but it was so weird.  He continued to hang out around there until he saw the portal to take him out again.  Only a couple of minutes passed when that happened, but it was still scary that it was able to happen at school!

      It wasn’t the first time either.  Every time Steve opened up Minecraft on his computer, he would feel the glitch of being transported back into the Minecraft world.  It was weird though, because Herobrine wasn’t anywhere in sight.  He wasn’t even trying to hurt Steve at this point.  He was just toying with him.
