You have to begin with the end in mind and by reading and understanding the information in this book you will be able to do just that. No one wants to be set up for failure from the beginning and the information in this book is going to put you on the fast track to success right away if you do what it says in here.

How much weight you lose will depend on what you set your goals to be. I have personally done this 9 day smoothie cleanse diet and lost 30 pounds in one month by doing the 9 day smoothie cleansing diet 3 times in one month. You can accomplish any weight loss you’re looking for with the 9 day smoothie cleanse diet. The great thing is that you still get 6 days free in a month to eat anything you want within reason so it is a great way to do a cleansing diet and still not have to be on some ultra-strict regime that is so rigid that you just don’t want to do it anymore.

I recommend the use of organic fruits and vegetables if they are available to you and they fit within your budget.
