    INTRODUCTION

Ohmotivation presents to you a book on Mastering Your Craft, to help you develop a plan to secure your dreams and become a better person at the same time. To find success and stay there once we obtain it, we have to draft our craft. Drafting in the sense of continuously perfecting our talents and improving. We go through life wanting material things because society equates objects with success, but we all know success is found in self-fulfillment. As you begin to search or rationalize your success or failure focus on the internal you and develop a deep relationship with yourself. This book is an electronic stepping-stone to help you engage your internal motivation, problem solving abilities and the winner within. I have also written THE PASSION WITH-IN: Finding the Passionpreneur in you, How to love yourself 1st in 14 days, and workbooks to complement each self-help book to orchestrate your maturation to a mentally healthier you. I understand the mental hurdles we all have to go through to get to success because I had to go through them myself. But with time, patience and faith all things are possible and achievable.

UNDERSTANDING THE IMPORTANCE OF MASTERING YOUR CRAFT

It is important to master your craft because it represents you and what you stand for, in addition it provide a sense of fulfillment and self-worth. Throughout life we are in search of something whether it be love and/or purpose, we are always searching. It is this curiosity in the unknown, which motivates us to be greater and want more. Having the guts to work on your skills and the patience to develop them into something is powerful and self-nourishing mentally, giving the individual confidence out of this world.

A dangerous person is the person who believes in the mastering the impossible. Everyone would love to leave a legacy for their children and others to follow. But this often rarely happens because we get distracted or focus on others things in our life and forget about perfecting something we love and turning it into a career. The uniqueness of your being and aura is what makes perfecting your craft important. We only live once and our importance to the world is hard to replicate. In this time we have on earth we desire to do something great to reward the family members who paved the way to get us where we are today. This brings me to the two areas of beneficial reward when it comes to drafting our craft, internal and external benefits.

    1. Internal Benefits- refers to achieving something you desired or predicted. Once this task is achieved it builds our confidence and we believe we can do anything.

    2. External Benefits-refers to someone other than ourselves expecting greatness from us and receiving it through our success. Their support and endorsement of our skills is validated by our success.

Doing things our way separates us from the rest of the world, because we have the courage to take a risk and believe in our ability. This leap of faith is critical to everything we participate in during life; if you can pursue your craft and become successful mentally you can do anything. Once we mentally believe we can achieve something it is basically done. By continuously working on your craft you position yourself to become a better person. The goal is to improve
