When trouble comes knocking on her door, Raquel soon realizes that she’ll never be rid of her own past. Unless she deals with it head on, everything will come back to haunt her with a vengeance.

    Raquel is a take charge, no holds barred, woman who makes no excuses for her ways or behavior. She is 100% unapologetic for her ways. She is, who she is, and nothing will ever change that. Compared to being like a man who uses anything and anyone along the way to gain an end to his own means, she’ll do everything possible to survive.

    A strong independent mother and a business-oriented woman, Raquel has gotten herself wrapped up in bank robberies, gangs, jail, lovers, sickness, lies, and deceit on many occasions. Unwilling to be a victim, she strengthens her resolve and soon embarks on a journey that will open up her eyes to the world she truly lives in. Though pain and heartache follow her every wake, she is willing to do whatever is necessary to fight for her freedom. Somehow, some way, she’ll come on top. Only then, will she be able to wrap her arms around her children, once and for all.
