Elizabeth Reed

As long as I can remember I have always loved everything and anything to do with the romance genre. Enjoying writing, reading and watching a wide range of love stories. I am a true romantic at heart! So after studying for a philosophy degree and then going on to work in a corporate job in advertising, I decided to reconnect with my passion again! I now write mainly romance short stories, with the aim to share all of my ideas with others who also have an interest in romantic fiction. I write in a range of romance subgenres including erotic romance, contemporary, sweet, paranormal/fantasy fiction and historical. I hope to continue writing as long as my ideas keep flowing out from my mind. In early 2014 I experienced my own personal love story, when I married my one true love. I now live together with my husband in London.

    Chapter 1

Daniel waited in the room reluctantly, wondering how he had managed to get himself caught up in the sensitive predicament he now found himself in.

He blamed it all on Sam, his reckless friend, who had helped him get more than slightly drunk to the point that his rational mind was not fully functioning. Had it been so, he would not have followed him to the local whorehouse.

Once inside the ill-reputed establishment, Sam had soon said his cheerful goodbyes to him and disappeared into a room with two scantily dressed working girls laughing on either side of his arms.

That left Daniel to try and recollect his senses and bearings, as he attempted to locate his carriage to take him home. That had been this plan in his mind, and he now wished that he had not been deterred from his decision.

But he had not expected to see the most beautiful woman he had ever laid his eyes upon as he headed to the exit of the brothel!

Daniel was stunned speechless as he saw a pair of big blue eyes within a small heart shaped face that was framed with long thick black hair. Her lips were full and perfectly formed; he had immediately wondered if they would feel as soft to the touch against his own lips as they appeared to be. With his senses stirred, Daniel could not help but cast his gaze further down, to take in her entire womanly frame. Her ample curves were flattered provocatively by her bright red garment that clung tightly to her exquisite body.

‘My lord, do you like her?
