    Introduction

    Rice with Peas is a dish that is often prepared in the old office, during the lunch break I used the kitchen to prepare lunch for me, given the limited resources, the few things I used to flavour the dish, nut and vegetable peas.

    Ingredients

    200 g of peas

    180 grams of rice

    1/2 onion

    20 grams of parmesan

    Broth vegetable

    Oil olive

    Mint

    Pepper

    Salt

    How to Make

    Chop the onion and stir fry in a large pan with a little olive oil. Now add the peas and let them cook in the sauce, then cover with the vegetable stock and cook for about twenty minutes. Puree half peas with an immersion blender.

    Add the rice and cover with vegetable broth.

    Bring the rice to cook, adding more broth need, then add salt to taste.
