Aesop’s Fables Retold
Some of you kids may have read Aesop’s Fables. If you haven’t, they are short stories that carry a moral. Don’t run away. Hang in there with me. These are my versions. The moral is still there and makes for a good discussion but the purpose of the stories is to entertain you.
If you’re too young to read this book, have your parents read it to you. Come to think of it, if you can’t read the last sentence will make no sense to you.
Well then. Parents, if your kids are too young to read these short stories, please read this book to them.
Still with me kids? Good. What I’ve done is rewritten ten of Aesop’s Fables. Don’t get me wrong. They are definitely written well by the guy but I tried to make them maybe a little more modern and entertaining.
I don’t tell you what the moral of the story is. That’s for you to figure out if you want to. That’s not a requirement and there will be no tests after. Read them for enjoyment.
The same holds true
