About this ebook
The purpose of this book is to clearly explain what EFT is and how to use it, particularly in the context of yoga-related stress. Once we can effectively address and clear the blocks that hinder our yoga practice, we will naturally be supported with a greater source of balanced energy, increased clarity, inner confidence and power.
This book is designed to be more of a workbook than a book of words and concepts. The goal here is to get you to start working with EFT as soon as possible with a clear understanding and to provide you with the tools so you can apply it right away to enhance your yoga practice.

Michael Hetherington
Michael Hetherington L.Ac, BHlthSci, is a qualified acupuncturist, Oriental medicine teacher, and yoga teacher based in Brisbane, Australia. He has been practicing yoga since 2000 and working with Chinese medicine since 2004. He has a keen interest in mind-body medicine, energetic anatomy, nutrition and herbs, yoga nidra and Buddhist style meditation. Michael was always attracted to eastern philosophy and it was this interest that drew him to the teachings and practices of yoga and Oriental medicine at a young age. After traveling to China to teach English for a year, he returned to Australia in 2004 to begin studying Chinese medicine, remedial massage and practicing oki-do (Japanese yoga) and hatha yoga more seriously.
