Walter James Brown started his weight loss journey a couple of years ago. He was obese and struggled with some serious binges. He was devastated and didn't know what to do. Walter James Brown
Walter James Brown is a caring self-development coach and successful author. Born in Leicester, England, Walter learned the hardships of growing up in a family that struggled financially. As he watched his family fight daily to put food on the table and pay bills, Walter fell into depression at the age of 16. He felt neglected during that time because he lived with a family who didn't understand depression. They in turn discouraged him; creating and reinforcing the idea that it was inevitable he would become only a failure in life.Hearing and accepting disapproval on a daily basis from his parents at such a tender age in life had tremendous damaging impacts on Walter's health and relationships. As a result of the traumatic home life and depression, Walter gained weight and suffered from low self-esteem. The combination of his depression, weight, and financial struggles at home wrecked havoc on his social skills preventing him from developing any healthy long-term relationships with people.Walter began writing to cope with all the turmoil in his life and quickly found it was a therapeutic way he could convey all of his thoughts and feelings. A light at the end of the tunnel began to shine in Walter's life, and he realized that all of the hardships he had endured were not without a purpose. It became his mission in life to help other people and impact lives in a positive way.With a new goal in life, Walter began his struggle uphill to break free from the dismal childhood he had survived. He undertook any and all jobs he would come across in Leicester and saved the hard earned money he made. All of his dedication and hours of work eventually paid off, and Walter had earned enough to pay for his own academic entrance to college.Walter continued to break down boundaries after successfully graduating from college. With the writings in his journal that had changed his life and the college he worked tirelessly to attain, Walter set out for the United States at 24 years old. He chose Miami, Florida as the first stop on his map where he continues to reside.It was in Miami that Walter has made his dreams of helping others became a reality. As a health and self-development coach, Walter gently helps others overcome low self-esteem and negative body image issues using positive reinforcements and his expertise from college. In addition to his thriving career as a health and life coach, Walter is a celebrated author. Covering topics such as fitness, health, and self-development, Walter has written many books with the intent of reaching as many people as possible and changing their lives for the better.

I didn’t realize that I could be eating mixed nuts, my favorite nut snack.
It’s one report on Paleo from one seasoned Paleo guy; I’ll be looking for a more substantive book on this diet to read in the future.
