About this ebook

Dragon knows he is supposed to be brave—because that's what dragons do. He's so brave and valiant, he's ready to try out his fearsome roar! But when he hears something that scares him, he turns to his forest friends to find the noise, and to help him be brave.

Young readers will relate to Dragon's fears, and delight in his quest to be brave. Bestselling author/artist David Kirk, creator of the popular Miss Spider series, has created another beautiful, meaningful picture book to follow Oh So Tiny Bunny.

The Oh So Brave Dragon is a book about a dragon who, upon excitedly bellowing her first roar, becomes afraid of her own voice. The little dragon rounds up as many friends as she can to roar with her and scare away "the monster," who never goes away because she is the monster, and ends up making many friends in the process. By the end of the story, the dragon isn't afraid anymore, because she has friends to stand with her in her frightful moments. This is a great story for children who may be afraid of monsters or who may be trying to overcome some kind of fear.
