Manic mosaic is a book by a person who lives with depressive illness FOR friends, families and coworkers of other people who have depression.
Living with someone who has a mental illness can be a daunting prospect for anyone to deal with. Manic mosaic aims to explain what is going on inside the head of a person with depressive illness.
Contained within it's pages are many journal entries, experiences and explanations of what it is like to live with such an illness as well as a plethora of hints and tips for how you can help both your loved one and yourself in those dark and frightenin hours when depression has hit.
