    Goran, a man in his forties, with a gym-toned physique, rally driving specialist, owner and executive member of a chain of martial arts clubs, is competing for the top spot in the Tai Chi European Masters championships. Club Member Caltis, a dark and equally talented Tai chi fighter will mobilize friends and co-fighters to become number one in Europe, as he is in dire need to save his family from the claws of a loan shark, related to Goran's girlfriend Kathy. Goran senses the heat of the competition that has taken to unfair methods, threatening Kathy at first, to avoid his successful entry. The pretty Elena, secretary to the Martial Arts Club, has been approached by Caltis to enter an oncoming driving contest, where Goran has entered as favourite. She has a boyfriend in the Goran mechanics team and should make sure that Goran's car is tampered with.
    Caltis had been a past friend of Elena. She cannot refuse sex and money. Goran has a good race until the last pit stop, when his steering is tampered with. Goran's car out of control overturns and bursts into flames. He still can be rescued from the burning wreck, but he is badly injured. Even with Goran out of contention, Caltis fails to become European champion in Tai Chi against stiff competition.
    Goran’s face is marred by burns, but he befriends a maxillo-facial surgeon, who is a friend of his girlfriend Kathy. Susan helps Goran with a successful face transplant. Their blossoming menage-a-trois is shaken, when Kathy is shot dead by a sniper instructed to kill Susan.
    Caltis kidnaps Susan, but Goran is back with a new face and seeks revenge having found out about his car accident. He follows Caltis with Greg and his mercenary team, urgently in need of medication. Caltis plans ruthlessly to destroy Goran, who has prepared a surprise dinner for Susan. She seems to be different, but he thinks nothing of it, until he wakes up having been drugged. Greg discovers Caltis’ set up and fetches Goran. In a fight for life and death Goran faces Caltis again, who had thrown his gang against him and Greg. With a Tai Chi fight to death, he overcomes a dangerous Caltis, but the dusky man recovers pulling a gun at him and Susan. Will Susan’s double, mistreated by Caltis, help them in the nick of time?
