About this ebook
A wounded lion is a dangerous beast... While hiding from vicious militants in a shack she's called "home" the past couple of weeks, Caly Anderson happens upon a wounded lion. Even though the ferocious beast scares the holy hell out of her, the nurse in her wins over, compelling Caly to help the big, suffering cat...just as soon as she's finished freaking the fuck out, that is. Her panic returns when she awakens to find her lion is now a hot hunk of man who's looking at her like she's a scrumptious dessert.
Jax Rarh, lion shifter of the Serengeti pride, is hunting clues in Africa for an old friend gone missing. Injured and in hiding, he doesn't expect a beautiful, lush nurse to stumble into his hideout and save him. Her scent drives him crazy, and feasting his eyes on her curvaceous body makes him harder than ever. His every instinct screams at him to claim her as his mate, but Caly, recently divorced, is not only strong-minded, but she also has a fragile heart. Nevertheless, Jax is one determined big cat, and there's no way he's ever letting her go. She just doesn't know it yet.

PRAISES FOR JENNIFER’S LION
The author knows how to write hot, descriptive, passionate sex scenes that enthrall and are as scorching as the relentless heat of the Serengeti.

It almost makes me want to run off to Africa to find one of my own. I absolutely hope more lion shifters come in the future.
Xion, The Romance Studio ~ Rated 5/5 Hearts
Lizzie Lynn Lee knows how to create characters that you like, but I would love to have a little more background information on them. I suggest you have someone to cuddle up with after reading this book or be prepared for a very long, cold shower. Lizzie definitely knows how to write some seriously erotic moments between her characters. I am definitely looking forward to reading Book 2, Sarah’s Lion, and Book 3, Caly’s Lion. ~ Leah, Bitten By Books

SARAH’S LION
I spent so much time laughing at the characters and their antics. I would recommend this book to anyone that loves a short but good shifter book with a cute and entertaining plot. I will never look at a big cat on the internet without remembering a few of the details from this book. Myrtle, the Long And Short Of It ~ Rated 4/5 Cherries
I loved Sarah's Lion. One of my favorite things about this series is that the K'stal shifters like their women to have curves. Keto is sweet yet somewhat cocky.
I couldn't put Sarah's Lion down. It was a quick read and I loved every moment of it. I can't wait for more books from Lizzie. Sarah's Lion is a must read for big cat shifter lovers.~ Marissa D, Sizzling Hot Book Reviews ~ 4/5 Hearts
My only complaint about Sarah’s Lion is that it was just that—little. I’d like to have seen it last longer. Loved the story. Loved the setting. Loved the characters. Excellent read.

This is the second book in which Lizzie Lynn Lee has written about this unusual pride of lions, only this time Keto gets his mate. I loved this one and I really hope that the author has more books about these sexy lions. This book though short had me purring in satisfaction ~ Katie Cody ~ Curse of the Bibliophile ~ 4/4 Stars

CALY’S LION
I really enjoyed this book and I really liked the author's writing style. It also felt a bit different from the usual shifter books that I've read which was a refreshing change. I don't think I've ever read another book set in Africa, and I really liked the fact that it wasn't a romanticized Africa..." Amy Hopkins, The Romance Studio ~ Rated 4/5 Hearts

Chapter One
Caly Anderson had two choices. One—get killed by the militants...or two—get eaten by a lion.
She figured neither would be any less horrible than the other, though the first choice might be a tad less painful than the second—that was—if the militants didn’t sexually assault her first. She was the only westerner in this refugee camp, and she stuck out like a sore thumb. She quickly closed the shack door—a place that had served as her home for the past couple of weeks, and dragged a half-filled drum of oil in front of it to block the way in.
The Janjaweed militants from Darfur were on a hunting spree. In her short time here, she’d learned that Ahmad Ibrahim, the head of the camp where she was assigned, had had no choice but to make a bargain with Omer Abuda—whose men had come in open vehicles and on horseback—not to harm the refugees. In exchange, Ibrahim had to give Abuda, leader of the militia, half of the aid he received. Though, being that she wasn’t a refugee, she supposed Abuda might not consider her to be included in that pact.
So, when Abuda had gotten wind that she, an American nurse, had been dispatched to the camp, she knew it would only be a matter of time before he’d come looking for her and take her hostage. And after just two weeks, that time seemed to be now. She also knew any stray American in this patch of desolate land was worth a lot of money to someone in Abuda’s position. That was, if the foundation she worked for, would even pay the captors’ ransom. And they wouldn’t, since they didn’t negotiate with terrorists. When she’d been hired to do this humanitarian job, she had to sign a waiver for such risks. No, if anything were to happen to her out here, she was on her own.
Caly had been taking care of a new mother and her baby when Mali, Ibrahim’s runner, had warned her Abuda and his men were about to storm
