The sweet little romance features a new Christian --Mark Ryker-- who returns to his hometown hoping to reconcile with the father his bad behavior seperated him from years ago. What he doesn't figure on is Hannah Hughes--a widowed single mother of 4--who has moved into his childhood home. Mark is upset that his father is living is the garage while this woman is living in the house of his memories. He also does not like the way the house is run down and in need of repairs. He sets to work repairing the house...but repairing the relationship with his father, and overcoming the consequences of his past decisions, will not be so easy. If you're looking for a romance with an uplifting message and characters that will make you think about the results of forgiving or not forgiving, this book will fit the bill. It's not deep by any means, but it offers an entertaining read with a good message.
