      I was a little confused to find out that this book was actually about Blue and Lola from the strip club. The blurb didn’t say names and after reading both the prequel and the first book I thought the series was meant to be about Clara and Honor and their family. However, it looks like it’s actually about the strip club since Ivan and Candy seem to be the next couple in line. I really hope that at some point we still get Clara and Giovanni’s happy ending.Skye Warren is very talented at writing dark, sexy stories that push the limits. The first book I read by her was Prisoner and I LOOOVED it. Since then, she has become my go-to author when I feel like reading something dark and edgy.Blue and Lola have a history from five years ago and now they find themselves working at the same strip club -Lola as a stripper and Blue as head of security. It is not by accident though, because Blue is there for Lola. As angry as he is and as much as he wants to hate her, he just can’t let her go. Throughout the book we see how these two broken people find their way back to the love they once shared. It is not pretty and it is not perfect but it’s their story and it’s a good one!*I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review*
