This book was very cute. It showed a relationship between a boy and his dad on his first day of school. It shows the struggles of the dad not wanting to let go of the fun time him and his son had during the summer. I would recommend it to a kindergartner struggling to be away from their parents.Realistic FictionUse: to show picture to text and to show basic vocabulary.
