About this ebook
This is the seventh in a series of books based on the popular strategy blog of Gerald Nanninga: planninga-from-nanninga.blogspot.com. In this book, Nanninga claims that companies with great strategies (White Hat Companies) tend to follow the same basic approach to planning. Similarly, companies with poor strategies (Black Hat Companies) also tend to follow a common approach to planning.
This book compares the planning approach used by White Hat companies to that of Black Hat companies. By examining the two approaches side by side, one can easily see how different the approaches are.
By reading this book companies will better understand these differences, enabling them to act more like a successful White Hat company and less like an unsuccessful Black Hat company.
The book uses simple stories and analogies to make the principles come to life and be memorable.
