It’s easier said than done, to discuss how you would like to be treated during sex without feeling embarrassed..

      Therapists are well aware most of us need to learn the correct ways to touch, caress, fondle and massage.

      Erotic touching is a way to express love, caring, desire and affection and ignorance of it all too often leads to unsatisfactory sexual relationships..

      ‘Caring’ suggests you posses a genuine feeling which dominates your thoughts and actions to make certain your partner is happy. ‘Desire’ indicates you have a deep want for that person to be part of your life.

      ‘Affection’ means you have a fondness towards a person that influences you on an emotional level.

      What does the word ‘love’ really mean? It’s probably one of the most emotive words in any language. Self help books state rather emphatically that life itself is pointless without love.

      Love means so much to all of us. This manual looks at love in the context of pleasurable sex. It points out ways to make the foreplay a truly sexual adventure for both partners.

      WHAT IS PLEASURE?

      There are many ways to savor pleasure. Some people would regard munching on a cake of chocolate the ultimate pleasurable experience.
